Very Nice hotel. Now I have boking with travel guru for last 2 years and experience is been outstanding always. I trust Travel guru advisor and till date they have not disppaointed. I always think that these guys sitting in call center will just give me views basis briefing they have got or with MOTO to promote some hotel, but guess with some good experiences now I have changed my thinking and trust Travel Guru call center executives. I cam assure you that i will keep on booking all my holiday through travel guru till the time i am satisfied in what you committ and deliver. Good job and looking for same level of services.

We have stayed here for two days,12/6/17-13-6/17. 1.room is clean,good in size,well furnished. 2.bathroom is clean.there is a bath tub in the bath room. 3.ac is not proper according to room size..it take too much time to cool down the room 4.food quality good but little bit expencive 5.location is good. Overall we have a nice time here.

The hotel is situated on the main road but there is no traffic noise. We had taken a family room. The room was large. The beds were clean. Aircon was powerful. The bathtub was not so clean but when requested it was attended to in a timely manner. Due to the ongoing renovation, the restaurant was closed. But the management made sure that hot and tasty food was always available as room service without extra cost. Due to a recent storm in the area, telephone and wi-fi were down. Prompt intervention from the MD Mr. Sanjay Kumar and we were provided with a hotspot. It was extremely hot weather. So tourism took a back seat. Couldn't visit many places. But the hospitality of the hotel was so good that spent most of the time indoors. The food from the galley was very tasty and they went out of the way to accommodate

Stay n food was nice..Very good experience..We enjoyed a lot. Also suggested for anyone in nearby circle of Gaya.....My family suggested this hotel for the first time and after this awesome experience we thought to stay Everytime we are in Gaya.....

I keep visiting Hotel Heritage Bodhgaya,from past 3 year.The food quality is at par,all the staffs are well trained , management is very nice and the owner Sanjay sir is extremely humble and hospitable.My overall experience along with my family members are rejoiceful.

The location of this Hotel is no doubt excellent but the quality of service being provided far below the average. We had a occasion to stay in this Hotel in the 1st week of July 2916, the rooms are specious and clean but it is infested with wall lizards which one can find moving freely on the room. It also seems that linens/ bed sheets are not changed after the check out, the same bed sheets are are being given to new guests. There is nothing as complimentary breakfast. There is no facility for Hot water in bath room. One will have to purchase bottle of drinking water from the Hotel. The Over and above accidentally one glass tumbler( GILAS) got broken with one of my guest while he was in the Hotel the same was charged @ Rs. 50/- perhaps this is a unique feature of this Hotel. Hotel was kind enough to give me Bill charged for Broken Glass Tumbler having Bill No. 858.
