No towel, soap or drinking water or even electricity when I came! No staff present at reception. Bathroom doesn't have a mirror - how does one shave? Light bulb broken in bathroom. No window curtains in room. Owner Mr. Binay gives ridiculous excuses -- says he gave me a double bed instead of my single bed booking (what was one person supposed to do with two beds but a lousy room?). This person diverts the talk to irrelevant topics when questioned about the poor services of this hotel -- seems like a retard who can't think straight. For Rs. 600, you can find something far far better in Bodhgaya or even Gaya.

We booked a room of type "Standard Room" with tariff Rs 900 per day through an online portal. When we visited the hotel and saw the room, it turned out to be an pretty terrible room. The window curtains does not cover the entire window. The door does not get locked properly from inside. No arrangements for keeping the mosquito away. When we decided to checkout from the hotel, the manager offered good quality rooms with higher price.

i had made a trip on last week...at bodh gaya ...there i booked the hotel shanti guest house...and i found most pleasing environment ,neat and clean rooms staff were very cooperative ...all in all every thing was good enough..so i suggest everyone..go their and feel the amazing facility provided by them..

Rooms are clean; showers are working; beds are comfortable. Run by quite a bit of unfriendly people (no hellos; no how are yous - they seemed not happy to have me there...). Wifi never worked (stupid explanation: there is no internet in whole Bodhgaya (which was of course not true - cyber caffee had access). So mixed feelings about it.

Went to check in and there is no wifi. All this place is, is a guest house. You can get a cheaper guesthouse with wifi in the area. I flew from Lucknow to Patna and then took a taxi to BodhGaya to book this hotel and this is what I get. I was warned about Bihar and the lies...
