Hotel is very luxurios and ambience was good its just a 30 minutes drive from station.Property was nature friendly closer to sightgseeing locations like Takshila is approx 2.5 hours drive.Hotel staff were very courteous. My room being a Single Non A/C Room was also very well decorated providing all basic room ammenities.I would recommend this property to family travellers as well as business travellers as they can hold conferences and enjoy the property..

Stay was not so great but reasonable one. Hotel was not so well equipped but service was efficient and food was also tasteful. Room was simple but clean and spacious. Location was also fair enough.

Experience at Siddhartha International Experience at Siddhartha International

The plus points of this hotel: Very close to Gaya station- a walk of 300 meters. The restaurant offers good food. BUT the hotel administration is running it down with no investment at all. Lift doesn't work to start with. Had to climb up stairs all the time. Bed sheets, blankets, pillow covers are very old and dirty. Bathtubs are tainted with lots of water mark and blackened sealed material along the edges. Water dripped from bathroom ceiling due to condensation, the taps in the wash basin couldn't be closed properly--another outlet of leaking water. Flooded bathrooms in some of the rooms. Not enough cold water, we had to wait for hours for running hot water in the month of December. I would never go back to that hotel again.

I had been to this hotel from 19th feb'12 to 21st feb. The hotel is a stone's throw from Gaya Rly. station. We took a delux AC room. Room and the hotel itself is dirty & dusty. Ventilation is bad. It promises hot water but all the three days they supplied bucket of hot water as there was some problem. Their charges are too high compared to the services provided. One more thing. Insist for bills on paper before you check out. They show the bills on their calculator and ask to pay.

This is the best Hotel i found to stay. This is the best Hotel i found to stay.

Hotel Siddhartha International, is the best hotel of the City. This is probably the only decent hotel in Gaya city. The staff is fair and the food is delicious. The atmosphere teaches you with a blend of hospitality.

Stayed in a Deluxe Room for Two at Hotel Siddhartha International at Gaya from 22 to 24-Dec-11. Pros: 1. It is quite close to the railway station, so it's good if you are traveling by train. 2. It is in Gaya - if that (not Bodh Gaya) is your destination 3. The room size is fine for two people Cons: 1. A disturbed night's sleep. Honking trains just don't allow you to sleep peacefully. 2. Very expensive for the service provided. The rooms are unclean. The bathrooms leak (changed three rooms because of this but even the fourth room had the same issue, so we got tired of changing rooms). The hotel just does not understand the concept of hygiene & stinks bad! 3. Bathrooms are slippery (beware), the taps/faucets are very old & difficult-to-use, the commodes (yes, in all bathrooms!) were broken & filthy (yuck! puke!). Tissue papers were not placed in the bathrooms 4. The room heater was ineffective for the size of the room. It took nearly 3 hours to adequately warm the room for comfortable stay. The AC there was an Air Cooler not an Air Conditioner, so a Heater had to be used because it was December. Can't help feeling cheated after paying for an 'AC' room 5. The rooms are very poorly lit; the dim ambiance depresses you instantly 6. The lift is dangerous! 7. Torn/dusty bedspreads 8. The geyser was not functioning, so we had to practically fight for hot bathing water in this 'three-star' hotel that promises 24-hour hot & cold water 9. Food is abysmal in quality (hygiene & taste) 10. The staff is impolite and unyielding. One has to make multiple requests and gets forced to yell to the receptionist to avail service Go to this place if you enjoy getting tortured after paying a very high price for pathetic service.

Stay : 1 day Room: Suite - Large room Room Quality - Average Restaurant - Poorly maintained - Room service would be preferable. Tariff: Not Expensive Service: Good This is probably the only decent hotel in Gaya city. Very close to the Railway Station.

Powered by:

Demo Trip 1. Ask for a room that does not face the railway station 2. Ask for a room on the first floor so that you may avoid the lift
