Excellently located lavish hotel near to bodh Gaya. Newly built with all modern facility. However the staff at reception is poorly behaved and contended. The manager at reception and in the restaurant are indifferent and impressing the staff under them rather than interacting with the customer. Restaurant bhojan is excellent but breakfast is poor

Ohh so bad I cant even begin to describe it. The staff and especially the manager of this hotel are downright useless bunch with no sense of and passion towards customer hospitality. Not recommended. The manager was rude and clearly didn't know how to manage customer.

The hotel is new and quite impressive. Large rooms, great bathrooms impressive showers. Large pool and gym if that floats your boat. On the down side, 8 kms away from tourist spots down a long gravel road. Once you are in the hotel you can forget about walking anywhere. We just had a fabulous day at Kalachakra which was let down by the restaurant here. It took 20+ minutes to take our order and more than an hour for the food to arrive. In that time we saw one man walk out, he asked for his meal three times without spice and it each time they made it with chillies . To our right, a lady complained about her meal also, in fact the restaurant was a buzz with complaints. One waiter who spoke English and I think if you didn't point at the meal on the menu you were up for a lucky dip. I complained about the food and the terrible service but I wasted my time it was lost in translation. Other than that the hotel is ok (just eat out!)

Beautifully designed and constructed.. Comfortable and clean large rooms.. Swimming pool, correctly priced restaurants, spa, kids play area, sufficient parking space.. Courteous staff.. Only negative is location.. a bit inside from the main road.. But a guest shouldn't mind considering the positive things of the hotel.. Breakfast quality and variety to be improved..

I was visiting Bodhgaya after almost four decades and as my driver took a different route through the city of Gaya, avoiding the riverside old road which I traveled on a Rickshaw in 1978, there was almost little or no memory being superimposed on the present! The hotel is decent and clean and reasonably priced. The food was nice but little spicy. I was there in the hotel for barely a few hours. Needed a quick freshning up after the long drive from Patna airport, but surprisingly there was no running hot water in the bathroom. Probably the geyser is not kept on throughout the day. One of the painting was hanging at a peculiar angle on the headside of the bed, which kept me apprehensive throughout. The next morning, I requested for a wake up call at 4.15 am. Nobody called me from the front desk, except my driver and mobile alarm! While checking out at 4.50 am I have given a journal to the front desk with the message that this will be collected by another doctor colleague who is also residing in the same hotel. But, they failed to locate the journal when my friend enquired about it at around 11 am, the person who took the journal from me in the morning was not on duty! Only after a long time it was located and handed over to him. These kind of unprofessional and callous attitude does not speak very high about the hotel. But, if I ever visit Bodhgaya again, I will probably stay in the same hotel, only because there is no alternative!
