I was on a business visit and my clients booked this for me. The location was nice, the food is good and the service staff are supportive. The staff helped me book sightseeing tour in and around bokaro at a very cheap price. The wifi speed is not very good-could be better

I booked the hotel for first time as was not getting any other. The stay was pleasant surprise. The hotel is possibly the 2nd best hotel in Bokaro. The food was ok, the breakfast menu was limited. The wifi speed was satisfactory. Service was also fine. Response was good.

I happened to book this hotel for some of my guest who were expected to come for my marriage. I paid the full amount in advance so that they do not need to pay anything. But my guests decided to stay at my home instead of a hotel and I could not notify the hotel as well due to my busy schedule. To my experience I knew that the amount paid to hotel is gone now, no hotel(even a friendliest) one returns even a fraction of the paid amount in cases like this, HOWEVER I thought of giving a try and went to check with them. After a brief discussion with manager, I was taken to owner(I guess) and to my surprise he understood my situation and returned every single penny I paid them..huh. I could not believe that this kind of thing can happen.... 5 star

The worst hotel i have ever visited . I selected a room in the groundfloor the rooms were filthy - dirty linen , broken windows , dirty toilets , no complimentary breakfast simply terrible - only the food was good

I visited this hotel in Mid- May for 2 nights and stayed in Executive Room. Executive room had decent interior however same is not true if you look for Deluxe Room. Deluxe Room are quite price effective but not so good interior or the bath rooms. Over all stay was comfortable and moderate room service. Waiters will not knock before entering the room, they will just enter if the room door is not closed from inside. Food is decent but only problem is that you can place your order by 10:00PM only after that kitchen is closed. There is no complementary Break Fast and morning newspaper. Wi-FI is available for free.
