Kindly do not go by the misleading reviews here or any other website or apps. They have been written by the management or their peers/friends I guess. This hotel is completely opposite from what is shown or the services rendered. Yes the lobby area is nicely done up to give you that feel, but move to the reception area and eventually the room, the whole scenario changes. Cause thats where you get the real picture. 3 people standing on the reception desk. You ask a question and every time a random person answers. For e.g my wife simply asked if we could order food from a famous joint nearby and come down and collect it, to which this person says, yes why not, but we cant give you cutlery. I mean really? Also we booked an executive room and by mistake got the no. Of person to 1. These guys were keen on charging for an extra bedding where as this already had king bed. And this is just the beginning. lets talk about the room, The sheets dont fit, it had holes and stains on it. There was a foul drain like smell coming from the bathroom. The tea kettle was broken. To top it off the wifi was out. On calling again that rude person picked up and said oh its not working and we cant do much. Really guys? A business hotel? No wifi? Are you guys a joke? We wanted to have food so looked for the menu. Well there was no menu, infact they took 20 ofd minutes to send one to the room. You know why? Because they were printing it out. Yes, because of revised rates they said. I guess the food must be really good with such outrageous pricing, as even the best restaurants in the same area did not have such high prices for basic dishes. Anyway tried the chicken tikka. It was sent dripping in some oil and burnt on the sides. Really worth 700 rupees??? Anyway later they forgot to send out main course and just sent rotis instead. What do I eat it with? Water? Then this f&b manager comes apologizing at 2330 in the night saying he would send the order.but not taking any chances we had already ordered from zomato. And yes we didnt use their cutlery. We had driven down straight from manali looking for a peaceful stay with good food and this is what we got. We were really hungry and drained of energy as we had driven so much, otherwise I would have packed up, left and looked for a better hotel around and there are many. A so called business hotel which doesnt even have the standards or a 2 star boasts about having 4 can tell you what their integrity is. You know the local place we stayed in manali had better service than this. Such hotels that cannot even provide the basics right and which lacks around so many areas should be avoided completely.
