Hotel Oyster - City Centre Sector 17

Beautiful property with nice environment, Ambience was also very good. Polite and humble staff specially Mr Yadav the receptionist he is great person..Rooms are very clean and sanitized.. best of luck team oyster

An affordable hotel with best services. The staff is very polite and the hotel is clean. Mr thakur and Mr Yadav are managing the hotel pretty well. The location of hotel is very good and it has huge parking space.

Booked a few days at this hotel months in advance. We were catching the train from Amritsar so we were going to be late in. We kept in contact with the hotel via WhatsApp throughout that evening with them telling us all was ok. When we got to the hotel they asked us to wait. Staff around the check inn desk were staring and laughing to each other. We were then told there was a technical issue with the room and we would have to stop elsewhere. Im guessing they gave our room away as they had a function on that evening Why couldnt of they have been straight forward with us during our WhatsApp conversation. However it was a blessing as the Taj Hotel was around the corner where the rooms and staff were brilliant! Lucky escape I feel!

this property is exactly in the heart of the city which is sec 17 , easily accessible and a decent place to stay for a day or two especially if you travelling for business purpose . all amenities are available and service is good !

I expected more than an average stay which I received. This hotel is inside a commercial parking lot - hence you need to pay for the parking; The windows are very small and nothing much of a view either. In my floor there was a spa too and hence lots of outsiders were moving around... It was a OK stay only.
