Went on a family get together. The styling and exterior of the hotel is wonderful, the location is out of main city. The food quality and variety was good but the service needs improvement. Overall I'll rate it satisfactory.

We (My Company) organized farewell of two of our colleagues in this property on 30th November. We booked a hall on the ground floor. There is nothing positive to write of my experience, I will just highlight negative in brief: - Snacks were of extremely poor quality (Smoky Chicken smelled of coal, Fish was stale, Paneer/Cheese was hard, Gobhi Manchurian was raw/not properly cooked, Meat Kebabs were tasteless, Dahi Kebabs had no curd). I stood there and wondered that how could the chef manage to make all the snacks so bad. - Waiters made us feel that we are the host and they (waiters) were our guests. They could be seen munching/stealing(to put it the other way) snacks all through. Pathetic experience. I will ensure we never party there as a corporate or as an individual.

It's a nice hotel. I stayed there for 1 night. So book deluxe room with them as they are in front side and a little spacious. The executive rooms are not so spacious. The breakfast was good. They had decent options and the taste was superb..

The property is decent but is grossly mismanaged. We called in at 11 am for a 4 pm check in. However, when we reached the hotel at 4pm, we were told that the room was not ready and that we'll have to wait for 30 mins. The room was clean but hot water was an issue. One has to run the tap for around 7-8 mins before one can expect some hot water in the sink or the shower. The waiters and hotel staff seem like they've been picked up at random and put on the job without training as to how to do their jobs or how to conduct themselves with the customers. The breakfast spread was mediocre and the rude behaviour of the staff made even the breakfast a forgettable experience. All in all, there are far better properties that are much more professionally run than The Altius, in the same price range. I would not recommend booking this hotel unless no other alternative is available.

Such a good service.......As we enjoy the best service and one more thing that location of the hotel is just to the highway which is quite good thing for the people who may not known of the new area. Thanks.
