I had a one night stay at this property with which I had no complaints whatsoever. The staff at the hotel is very courteous, since I faced an incident where the the property did not receive booking confirmation from the Agoda but the staff at the reception was co-operative, and patient enough to coordinate with the Agoda and get the issue sorted . The Room was well furnished , clean , and maintained with all the basic amenities in place including a mini refrigerator. The washroom was clean , spacious with a nice storage solution near the basin to compliment the same I had the chance to try the restaurant food as well ordered via Room service and the Vegetable Biryani was very good to taste and served hot. The location is also a plus , for its proximity to Elante mall which fulfilled my expectation. Overall , I suggest this property to anyone looking for a stay in the area in a decent budget.

The Hotels location very good for me to get to Elante Mall and Shastri Market. The room we had was very clean, house keeping came every day or as necessary if we needed extra. All staff from reception desk to housekeeping were very helpful and professional. We used the 1st floor restaurant daily, the food was excellent every time and the staff there were friendly and professional too, very clean restaurant and utensils etc. I have stayed in many hotels all over India and in this price bracket The Pelican rates highly, I will be back here in 2 months if they have a room available. Free Wifi a bonus too.

Not recommended at all. Staff very rude we booked it online and had to cancel the booking while check-in. Do not go to this place

You check the photos for how the rooms and corridor looks. Food was not good. I stayed here for 3 days. They will provide complimentary breakfast which is always poori and stuffed parota. No change in menu. Not suitable for families. If you are going on a business trip and you don't have any other option rather than this hotel then you can stay here. Once you sleep in bed you feel some kind of itching on the body this might be due to bugs or I don't know the reason. Since it was pre-booked I am helpless and have to stay here only for 3days without having proper sleep.

The best thing about this hotel is location. The rooms are below average, hotel is well constructed though but they need to focus on maintenance otherwise such a well located place should be full all the time. Breakfast menu is very limited and food taste is average. Recommended for business travellers if they only want to come to sleep only not for family stay.
