very poor approach into the reception.No cordial welcome by the staff.TV was not conncted till room attendent arrived.Extra bed was provided after repeated reminders.next day went to the restaurant for paid lunch.It took a long time to get order.Food was served after a long time.No attention was paid during our lunch.Bill was paid by credit card but two times deductions were done from the card account,Till today no refund made for the double payment.

I stayed in the hotel in Dec 2012. The check in was fast and smooth, they knew as The front desk and rest of the staff is polite and ready to help. They showed me the room and asked if I wanted to see other available rooms as well. I selected the 2nd room from the available rooms shown to me. The rooms are very clean, designed well. The mattress is comfy. Bathroom is reasonably clean. They have a spa which I could not check out. The swimming pool is good. The wi fi was fast and convenient. If you do not want to avail cab then there are autos available round the clock at entrance. The hotel location is good to visit all places. So summing up, the hotel is a good stay, clean with ready to help polite staff
