Feathers - A Radha Hotel

Average hotel with very good location but definitely doesn't qualifies for a 5 star. Good options for in-house restaurants, food was fine. Breakfast spread was average and not even close to a 5star property. Maintenance can be improved, and service has lots and lots of scope for improvement. At the moment service is very tardy and needs multiple reminders across housekeeping, front desk and restaurants. Good location for visitors to DLF.

This is the third time we are staying here at Feathers Radha. Love their spacious, neat and clean rooms. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Awesome Lounge, clean restrooms, big event halls and boardrooms, wonderful restaurants are some of their advantages. Looking forward to staying again soon.

The food was really good! The showstoppers were mushroom ravioli,the prawn wrapped in pastry. The desserts were awesome especially almond cake with orange cream, chocolate mousse! The hospitality was good as well.

This place is the most underrated hidden gem of chennai. Some of the nicest staff, impeccable service, gorgeous interiors and one of the widest buffet I have ever experienced. Even in comparison to the ultra luxury buffet categories, waterside had the widest spread ever. And generally in a buffet you can expect few really good dishes and few not so good ones, but I was surprised to experience that every single dish was cooked and presented to perfection. Not even a single average dish. I never expected in chennai to have such variety and ALL of them , each cuisine, global and Indian done so flawlessly. And I am very picky about food. The staff was very warm and prompt and provided a world class service. This is my new GO TO place for every occasion or even casually. Highly recommend!!

The food used to be very good (especially at riverside restaurant). Last week when we visited the non veg was very poor and so does the deserts. We were totally 25 persons. 90 % of us didn't like the food especially the non veg. Only one starter (tawa chicken) and one gravy(mutton) was good. Rest of the starters and gravy was very poor. In desserts, very few was good.
