The quality of room and hotel was very good. But i felt the response and service provided by the staffs are not satisfied. And also complementary breakfast has only few dishes. Other than that u will feel very comfortable inside the room. Overall i had a good stay.

One of the best stay I had in a hotel. Very friendly staff, good amenities, good food, grt gym facility available, swimming pool. Very good connectivity from the city .Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chennai.

The hotel arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport (surcharge) which was a good start, I had emailed the hotel previous to my visit to state I needed to check-in a few hours early and it was them who asked if I wanted the airport pickup. I arrived at the hotel and they checked me in straight away very quickly, the front desk staff were very nice, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was good, clean, big bed, nice bathroom, didnt need anything else. I ordered room service a few times, the food again was good. They arranged taxis when I needed which came promptly. The location of the hotel is on a main road (why I chose it for the access to the north), if I was working in the centre of Chennai then I would have chosen somewhere different. I would return to this hotel again if I have to visit this part of Chennai in the future.

Recently stayed in jp in the month of september and realised this is one of the best hotels in chenna. Cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff is exceptionally good. Looking forward to staying there in future.

Have been staying for past 4 months now in JP Hotel, not even single day they have given any point to complaint, since their focus is always on customer satisfaction. Be it restaurant, room service, hospitality at the reception, u name anything & whole Hotel team is ready to make ur stay a "Wow" experience, completely unforgettable. Would like to specially thanks few members from housekeeping, restaurant staff, front desk - Abi, Uthaman, Prabhakar, Antony, Aishwarya, Sundar, Velan, John, Kumar, Raj Kumar, Lokesh, Seenu, Mohan, Indrani, Sasi, Oliver, Vignesh & Senthil. Good Hotel to stay. having quality and varieties in food . Very good hospitality , staffs are cooperative.It is centralize located and easy to commute. Well known hotel in Chennai. Cleanliness is very good. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is well approachable from Airport.

Demo Trip Choose a higher room. I stayed on 5th floor and the noise from the main road can be annoying, The busy street is alive from 4am to 1am.
