IN THE WEBSITE THEY MENTIONED COMPLIMENTRY BREAKFAST AND FREE INTERNET AND HOT WATER. BUT THESE ALL FALSE PROPOGANDA TO ATTRACT PUBLIC AND MISLEAD THE CUSTOMER. FRONT DESK STAFF ARE VERY RUDE IF YOU ASK FOR CLARRIFICATION. ROOM IS FULL OF COCKROACHES. THIS IS PERFECT CASE TO BE FILED IN CONSUMER COURT. THEN ONLY THESE PPL CAN GET LESSON. IT COST NOTHING TO FILE CASE IN CONUMER COURT EVEN NO LAWYER OR COURT FEES REQUIRED. SIMPLE APPLICATION AND MORE OVER WE CAN FILE AT PLACE OF OUR RESIDENCE. I AM GOING TO FILE THE CASE AS SOON AS I REACH MY PLACE.

The hotel was pretty good.The room was spacious and was comfortable.It was not very far from the railway station too.The staff was also very helpful. The only problem was with the check in time.We booked the hotel for 28th and 29th and we planned to check in at 1 AM on 28th but when we reached the hotel the manager told us that there were no rooms available and we can only check in after 12PM.We were asked to find some other hotel till that time.This created a problem for us because it was difficult to find some other hotel at 1 Am in the morning.I tried calling travel guru at that time but then realized that there will be no one to help after 10PM.Luckily after half n hour one single room got vacant.We had no option but to stay in the single room till we got a double room.I would like traveguru to look into this matter of check in time because this problem can lead to lot of inconvenience.

I had to face an awkward situation; i particularly requested TG helpline to see that I can check in at the early morning(One Ridhi was in the line) but the hotel management denied entrance on the plea that their checkin time is 12-00 Hrs, again, though I booked 2 double bed rooms, they had only one 4 bed room ready at 12-00 Hrs. Practically no room service available because their in-house telephone connection is disconnected. Linens are not changed regularly, even on request. They have no flooding of their own. Lack of transparency in charging room rates noticed.

The overall experience was good. Only thing was that on the date of my arrival at the hotel, no room was available, I had to wait for long 3 hours to check in. since the room was booked by Travelguru , hence the delay. Room was not ready . Only when the check out was done by another party , then only the room was given to me. I had seen that all direct walk in customers were given first preference.Travelguru should put criteria to check in customers at once, when the rooms are booked in advance, through travelguru

Stayed here for three days. The staff at the reception is very unfriendly and partly rude. I had to argue with them about my breakfast. First they said I don't have a claim for breakfast. I had to forward my booking confirmation. Then they told me you can get the breakfast outside, but they didn't specify the location. The location were you can get the food is around 200 m away from the hotel. When I reached the restaurant they told me I need a special coupon provided by the hotel . So I had to go back to the hotel again ( of course they knew it that i need a coupon!). Rooms are also unsatisfactory. Small, dirty and with some little roommates ( insects). They don't clean regularly. I had hair from the person who stayed her before me in the lavatory. They don't clean the room although I used their doorplate that says " clean immediately ". When i uses the ' I'm sleeping , do not disturb ' they also don't care. They knocked on my door at 8.00 and asked if I want cafe or tea. So, the only benefit here is, that the Internet connection is mostly good.

I had booked a 3 night stay at Mallikaa Residency. As it was my first trip to Chennai, i relied on the photos of the website. When I entered the hotel, there was a pungent smell at the reception. When i reached the room, it was completely opposite to that shown at the website. It was HORRIBLE. I saw a big fat rat in the hotel..the room was full on small insects and cockroaches. The AC was not working. Bathroom was in the worst possible condition. The staff and management is bad. As i reached very late at night, i stayed there for that night.. and checked out the very next morning. When I asked for my refund back, they refused initially. But later refunded only a part of the money paid. The photos on the website are a disguise. This has been the WORST experience of my life.

Worst hotel , price on the net and what they quote on arrival is different, no proper room service. Bad staff and the management . Very rude behavior. Mosquitos at night and they dont let you sleep and many cockroaches. They employ cleaner below 18 years and dont know how to do things. No proper co ordination among the staff. When i asked for the towel they said they can give only in the evening!!

I booked for two nights deluxe room for my uncle. He told me they alloted room in basement. Bed was not comfortable. situation of bathroom was also bad. water stagged there badly. Mosquito irritated them too much. No treatment was there for said purpose. They did not have any ptivate restaurant. They supply food from nearest woodland hotel.

PRICE: The Price list is so good to stay among with other hotels or restaurants. pricewise i will ready to give my ratings for this hotel 4. SERVICE: The room service staffs are all so good to serve us at anytime, anything like friendly manner except the guys who are all in front office. No one is suitable for that position. If we are book from online booking means they wont consider us valuable and they will scold us themself and they wont ready to serve immediately. Because i heard lot of times from them side. So i will give for service 3. If you book from online means booking cost is low. if you book directly then your charge is high and some times they wont give your advance amount back. If you are a internet lover means just try some other hotels. because wifi speed is maximum 4 KB/S... if you have luck means some 5 to 10 mins you will get 20 to 200 kb/s. If you book NON AC rooms then you will get cable tv channels like some regional language channels. If you book AC rooms then you will get some AADHAR dish channels. But when i stays in AC rooms toally scrap for that dish. its didn't work properly... totally it will play 5 to 7 hours out of 24 hours... always interrupts due to the signal lost issue. Cockroaches and bugs is there... but now a days every hotels have that same problems.. when i was stayed in Non AC room the roof is have some gaps. so water leaked from that gap and spill to your bed as wet. Some times shower water have some smells. facilities like Parking, Lift, Laundry, Room service, Cleaning , conference halls to speak with friends, AC, Fan, Beds, drinking water, lights everything is good. you have Devi, Shanthi, Casino Theatres near from your side and also some more places too. But most of time you wont get network signal for your mobile and tv and also wifi connections ... Atlast around this hotels restaurant food price is for my concern too high. Thank you all....
