IN THE WEBSITE THEY MENTIONED COMPLIMENTRY BREAKFAST AND FREE INTERNET AND HOT WATER. BUT THESE ALL FALSE PROPOGANDA TO ATTRACT PUBLIC AND MISLEAD THE CUSTOMER. FRONT DESK STAFF ARE VERY RUDE IF YOU ASK FOR CLARRIFICATION. ROOM IS FULL OF COCKROACHES. THIS IS PERFECT CASE TO BE FILED IN CONSUMER COURT. THEN ONLY THESE PPL CAN GET LESSON. IT COST NOTHING TO FILE CASE IN CONUMER COURT EVEN NO LAWYER OR COURT FEES REQUIRED. SIMPLE APPLICATION AND MORE OVER WE CAN FILE AT PLACE OF OUR RESIDENCE. I AM GOING TO FILE THE CASE AS SOON AS I REACH MY PLACE.

The hotel was pretty good.The room was spacious and was comfortable.It was not very far from the railway station too.The staff was also very helpful. The only problem was with the check in time.We booked the hotel for 28th and 29th and we planned to check in at 1 AM on 28th but when we reached the hotel the manager told us that there were no rooms available and we can only check in after 12PM.We were asked to find some other hotel till that time.This created a problem for us because it was difficult to find some other hotel at 1 Am in the morning.I tried calling travel guru at that time but then realized that there will be no one to help after 10PM.Luckily after half n hour one single room got vacant.We had no option but to stay in the single room till we got a double room.I would like traveguru to look into this matter of check in time because this problem can lead to lot of inconvenience.

I had to face an awkward situation; i particularly requested TG helpline to see that I can check in at the early morning(One Ridhi was in the line) but the hotel management denied entrance on the plea that their checkin time is 12-00 Hrs, again, though I booked 2 double bed rooms, they had only one 4 bed room ready at 12-00 Hrs. Practically no room service available because their in-house telephone connection is disconnected. Linens are not changed regularly, even on request. They have no flooding of their own. Lack of transparency in charging room rates noticed.

The overall experience was good. Only thing was that on the date of my arrival at the hotel, no room was available, I had to wait for long 3 hours to check in. since the room was booked by Travelguru , hence the delay. Room was not ready . Only when the check out was done by another party , then only the room was given to me. I had seen that all direct walk in customers were given first preference.Travelguru should put criteria to check in customers at once, when the rooms are booked in advance, through travelguru

This Hotel don't have restaurant, No Housekeeping Staff, and rudly behave with customers. Room price are non ac room 450/- Ac room price are 950 when i check to hotel they told me xx but they even did not provide me any kind of water bottel and other sercive like house keeping i said 4-5 time then one person came and told me that i will done withing half hours.

After a very long plane journey with two stop-overs, we arrived excited and very prepared. Guess what. They had double booked our room! And told us there were no more rooms, After at least half an hour of debate they refunded us less than half the money. We now have to go there to appeal to the manager to give the rest of our money. Do not stay here, seriously. Do not stay here.

Worst hotel in chennai, won't recommend this place to anyone. This hotel rooms are filled with cockroaches and mosquito and you can't stay in this room even for 5mins. Plus they don't have any facilities, they provide you tap water to guest and they breed mosquitoes and cockroaches in their rooms to welcome their guests. They charged approx Rs. 1300 for AC room, people can't stay their even for 5mins if they give the room for free. The reception staff's are pathetic they are just their to collect money and if you highlight these issues to them they do nothing about it and say all over chennai their is mosquitoes what can they do about it. I made a mistake by booking this hotel I don't want anyone else to repeat the same mistakes hence highlighting it.

The hotel is not so good, it is not so bad either. The main problem was that staff couldn't speak English so I was just waving at them all the time. Better have a bed sheet with you if you are sensitive on that cause they beds are not very clean. And do yourself a favor and get a room with AC because Chennai is just too hot to survive without AC.

it was a below average hotel and pocket friendly too. Amenities include the wi-fi service contrasting to the budget. Old fashioned but places of interest are at a very walk-able distance. Express avenue mall, Marina beach etc., to name a few.
