Deluxe Hotel

I was thinking of giving only one star to this hotel, but then changed my mind for the front office staff only they were friendfly otherwise everything else was pathetic.Right from the room service to the room boy's attitude the room set up the hygiene was pathetic. There was insects in my bed. Asked for a water bottle which never came.Whenever I called for a room boy they never came. A.C. was another issue cooling used to happen only after atleast half an hour after switching on...really a very bad experience.The room was never cleaned properly also...will never recommend this hotel to anybody...

My stay was excellent total satisfaction on all the services provided by the hotel. Staff were prompt and courteous towards the guests. Keep up the good services always. All the best.The hotel is very near to airport located in Pallavaram area of Chennai. They provide free airport drop and pick up service for Chennai airport.

The hotel staff were very friendly with all my request like for pickup/drop and provided complimentary services. I would recommend anyone who is traveling solo for business trip to stay here. I had no hassles with my stay.

Very nice hotel near the airport in proper Budget and very helpful and kind staff and good service. Rooms are some small but worth the bugdet and hotel staff is very nice and always helpful and they provide free airport drop at 2:30 am.
