I was allotted a non AC double room and made to wait for 30 minutes at the Reception at the time of check out as money has not been transferred to the hotel by TravelGuru, although I had nothing to do with it as I have already paid the room rent to travelGuru. We could not sleep properly at night as there was no mosquito repellant devise. On request I was given a outdated repellant liquid which did not repelled any mosquito at all.Room service was pathetic.

I checked into the hotel on Saturday morning around 7:30 AM, but the TV was not working and I called the reception three times, but still they were unable to resolve the problem. Finally after repeated follow up with the hotel staff, my room was changed at 4:00 PM to a room where TV was working. This caused a lot of frustration since there were IPL matches going on and I did not want to miss the match. The resturant has buffet breakfast, but the options are very limited. For lunch only meals was available. Overall, I found that the hotel is a expensive one based on amount charged vs the facilities they provide for the customers..
