Hotel Pratap Plaza

This hotel is very close to 2 very busy roads and a very busy petrol pump which operates 24 hrs.Hotel need double glazing windows.This is good to stay maximum 3 nights if more its a nightmare.Rooms are spacious,clean with all amenities eg kettle tea/coffee,free bottle of water per day,safe AC and fan. Food good but repetitive.Rest staff good but they work under stress,Had few issues in room service n restaurant like stone in soup,order forgotten etc.Gautam was excellent.Be careful buffet price goes up during weekends n nobody inform in house guests.Later saw a notice in restaurant wall which nobody read. We stayed a long time , have never seen hotel manager greet or talk to a guest and once we saw him shouting at a staff in front of guests. WiFi very bad in rooms 2 nd floor.Everytime had to contact reception for password.Very inconvenient. We booked through Booking.Com and made specific requests.It seems reservations dont read requests.I requested a quiet room because of my age,I was allocated the noisiest room.Receptionit Ramados showed us 2 other rooms then moved to 2nd floor which was less noisy Thank you Ramados

Pratap plaza banquet hall was simple, clean and comfortable. Buffet foods are tasted amazing and staffs are always quick to fix problems and they are very friendly and our team really enjoyed our time there.

The room was simple, clean and comfortable. Wifi Was not reliable from time to time but the staff was always quick to fix problems. Staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the breakfast (food quality was good).

The hotel is located in the main road so easy to find...courteous staff and reception.Has a restaurant and availed of the breakfast buffet which had a good choice at a reasonable price..Rooms are pretty clean and big ..

We celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday party at Pratap plaza banquet hall on 04.10.2019.. Food taste amazing and staffs are very friendly. We are fully satisfied..... ambience is good...
