It is not just a hotel at all...it is a simple service apartment touted as new age hotel... Staff are neither trained nor inclined to assist the customer... Rooms: cramped up; no sooner did we check-in, would the call come for the exact time for the check out as they are going "-rooms". Food: Breakfast is supposed to be there. It is OK type of food; nothing to be excited specially in the midst of the TNagar where one would get excellent south Indian stuff... Overall it is just pathetic, disappointing and completely conned by their indifferent and absolute unprofessional attitude and not up to the mark "hotel" stay.

This hotel confirmed booking. Their in charge Rahul called morning & checked our arrival . On arrival , hotel reception are saying they never received such confirmation from yatra. We along with old parents stranded at t nagar for 2 hrs. & flew back to annanagar flamingo. Yatra didn't provide alternate room not fabhotel management had courtesy to accommodate us in their hotels. Between visited one of the rooms to checkout hotel ...bathroom was dirty . There wasn't single car parked in hotel & hotel says booking is full. Bad experience

I booked it thinking that Fab Hotels offer a great place at a great price.. I was shocked to see the cockroaches merrily roaming around the room. They do not offer complimentary bottled water in the rooms, No news paper either. The bathroom resembles a dirty pool after a bath as the water do not drain out quickly. And to add to this, the bed is of cheap quality, enough to give you a back ache for sure. The breakfast was tasty even though with limited options.. There are NO toasters available for the bread.. The dining room is badly maintained and you will have to play musical chairs to sit and have your breakfast as the number of chairs are limited. A photograph of the Electric device used to heat milk is attached that speaks volumes of their cleanliness and maintenance..

Happened to visit again shortly on my last month trip but surprisingly to find no improvements. The worst part is the breakfast and the washroom . Not even a complementary water bottle was provided . Perfectly to say a " nice property that's started decaying "

Good hotel. There is wifi available in the rooms but in my room it only reached the sitting area. The rooms are nice. Reasonable rates. Close to town. Decent bed. The curtains are velcro. Spacious. There is an electric jug.

We stayed in Queensway Park hotel in T Nagar area of Chennai in February 2016 for business purpose. It is a nice hotel to stay and also not much expensive in city like Chennai. Nice Wi-Fi connectivity also.

Demo Trip As mentioned earlier, this is an economy hotel and has the advantage of central location. A traveller like me is more interested in convinience than the luxury.
