Hotel is located in the main market. Room interiors are pretty good and the staff service too. The room facilities include hot and cold water in the bathroom, make up mirror, coffee and tea maker, internet access etc. I had my food in the hotel and relished the tasty food. Airport was a bit far from the hotel. The rooms were very neat and clean but the service was not up to my expectation. Whenever you call or buzz them for any thing they was no response. The food at the hotel restaurant was good.

Executive Deluxe room should have been a bit more spacious. Provision of Toiletries as tooth brush, shaving kit etc was on demand. Hot water was regulated from source. Travel Desk is available which is good. They provide even translators which is good. Travel Desk was good.

The hotel is very comfortable and it was a real pleasure to stay there. Everyday compliments were a really nice addition to fine service. The rooms a big and clear.

Demo Trip Rooms with metro view are better. Generally all rooms are noisy due to market, bus stand and ambulance sirens.
