Nice hotel But location is not good.The restaurant staff (One old man who can speak good English) is very nice soft speaking person.They charge for use of credit card which is not acceptable. Breakfast was good

Room was clean. Food, average and they need to improve a lot. Location is very comfortable. No minibar or coffee mate available. Bit costly since the location is nearer to airport. They are arranging airport pickup and drop!!

The staff is friendly and helpful staff, the room and bathroom are clean, the food is tasty and the restaurant has a view. Right after booking we were contacted and guided on how to find the hotel. Overall very good stay.

I stayed here along with extended family. We stayed here as part of a marriage party and then extended it for 3 more days for personal purpose. The idea was we have a lot of luggage to an onward travel abroad and we thought we were better off not moving our luggage from hotel to hotel. In hindsight, I would say we would have been better off moving to a better hotel although it was not too bad. Location: was good if you want to be closer to the airport. But if you want to be closer to the city, avoid it. Breakfast: Breakfast is included (Idly/Vada/Dosa/Pongal), but do not expect much in terms of quality. The breakfast will be delivered to you room after you call and order. It will come from some restaurant nearby and will not be prepared on site. So expect it to be cold or at least not hot. Rooms: We ended up staying in 4 rooms altogether during our stay. Some are OK. while others are average. AC was fine in a few rooms, while not that great in other room. The taps were not great in one of the rooms. Hot water was not working in one of the rooms. However the staff tried their best to resolve the issues which is good, but you expect problems not to be there in the first place. Room Service/Food: You have a menu in the rooms which you can order for room service. But note that food comes from some restaurant nearby and will take a while and will not be hot. Quality of food is average, not great, not bad either. The staff are usually quite friendly. They say Yes and Sure to everything, but occasionally you will have to call them again and again unless the manager is present. Travel Desk: They supply you with vehicles for local travel and the drivers are very good. The price as such will be a bit higher. You will get it cheaper if you directly have a contact to some travel guy or Uber/Ola. I had to cancel a room as I booked for a day extra by mistake and pre-paid. They refused to refund and asked me to use the room service and travel fr that amount. So I did not have a choice. Service wise it is good. Free Shuttle to Airport: They will provide free transport to and from airport which is very good. But most of the hotels in that area do that. Free wifi is also there which is good.
