We had our breakfast in the hotel restaurant as it was South Indian, generally I dont like South Indian normally I like North Indian food. Rooms are nice of the hotel but the service which is provided by staff was not very prompt. The hotel was located in congested area and it was just opposite to railway station. One morning when I asked the hotel people to make arrangement for taxi they had to bring taxi from some other hotel, as there was no taxi available in their hotel.congested area and it was just opposite to railway station. It was a bad experience with this hotel. Rooms, bathroom and toilets were not at all clean. There was a water problem in the hotel when I was taking bath, the water suddenly stopped which was such a problem. Staff were very slow in their service. Located in the city centre, very close to the Egmore station, this is probably the only good thing about this property. The foyer has probably been recently refurbished, but thats where the good parts end. The first thing i noted about the hotel was a very strange smell all over the place, i couldn't place exactly what it was but was rather discomforting. Internet is free but very slow. Rooms are pretty small, bathrooms are old and dated. Upholstery in dire need of an upgrade. There is a restaurant cum bar located in the lobby and it can get pretty noisy in the evenings, not ideal for enjoying a dinner with family. Food is decent and service is quick. I would look for other options close by, if available.

Pathetic rooms. It look like a road side lodge from inside. service was pathetic. A lady was shouting at the reception that some staff got into her room using keys while she was sleeping inside. had to check in this hotel as there were no other hotels available

Had a worst experience in the hotel.Its a very small room. Room was not tidy and was stinking. Bathroom and toilet was so small even to turn around. I checked into seeing the pics of room. But the pic wont give u a realistic view of the room.. when i asked i was surprised that they had same rooms only. Will not reccomend this for anyone.

this hotel is close to the any city point. the rate was reasonable. the service was also good. the hotel has spacious rooms and neat.it could be developed to star hotel by few changes.we dint try food cause most of time we were out.

I used to travel a lot for my office work. Here I really enjoyed my stay.... staff hospitality & service I must appreciate !!!!! Hotel location is another plus point. in short, I am happy with the experience of this hotel & definately I`ll recommend to go for it... you`ll get a real value for your money....
