The room was great. Clean tidy very spacious .was well furnished with a sofa well kept beds. The toilets were clean spacious like the rooms were,. The ac worked fine. Lighting was excellent.. There were jes two things which would disturb you. 1. The reception - it doesn��t appear good.. Its a bit old not well kept.. Only 7 rooms2 people r there to attend for you. the next thing is it has a very famous pub/dance floor below (10 downing street)we all know how people r dressed in such places if the ppl coming with you are traditional, then u will find hard time convincing them. Plus the beats of the dance floor vibrates till the rooms (heavy on Wednesdays since i stayed there on Wednesday Thursday) Hence u must be able to compromise ur sleep with that till 1-AM Affinity to places is very good. Lots of shopping centers are there.. Well connected to ANNA salai..regarding food two good restaurants r dere just opposite to the hotel.. but they r very costly.. another hotel called hotel deluxe is near by in the same road where food is cheap tasty. Final verdict : if ur gona stay with friends with modern ideas ..or u wanan place to have a dance near ur stay this is the best one.. if ur family is accompanying u .. Think twice... its a good place but traditional ppl don��t like it ..

The less said about the hotel, the better. In fact I am really short of words to express the problems I faced there. Although your website mentioned that the room type I booked included a single extra bed, but the guy manning the reception vehemently denied providing the same. There is no kitchen of the hotel itself. When I ordered breakfast at 7.30 am, they had to arrange it from another small nearby shop. The food was served shabbily packed in news paper. The toilet was horribly dirty. The drain was jammed. Water kept overflowing from the toilet. Although room was fitted with remote controlled AC, but the remote was not available and you had to get up from your bed every now and then to control it manually. The linens were dirty. We stayed there for three days but not a single day, it was cleaned despite our repeated requests. You cannot keep the doors and windows open for even a second as doing so would let in swarms of mosquitoes inside. I would advice everyone to avoid this hotel as far as possible.

The hotel service is very very poor.There is no service at all.they can not guide the guests to hotel from stragetic points.There is no hot water to have bath & the room is full of musquotos.
