I remember going to unlock in Keys on the very first day in Chennai, right after finishing the interview,Place easy to find , well maintained property , excellent hospitality and friendly staff, makes you feel like home. Especially Prakash, Sherlyn and Shabu are exceptional , and i appreciate the manager Mr Lancy for his pro active skills. great place for drinks and delicious food.

Travelled to Chennai on an official trip and found this place online. Was very impressed with the hotel and more importantly with the hospitality. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Overall a very pleasant stay and now every time I travel to Chennai I prefer staying only at Keys.

Excellent team work by the hospitality team in organising the place for the function. Nice and neat ambience is still cherished by all our relatives. Excellent food menu, absolute taste and aroma all were impressive. Special thanks to the chef Mr. Chelladhurai who delivered what was promised in terms of menu and taste and more importantly the quantity, without anyone complaining of quantity served. Not the least, the house keeping was impressive too. I recommend that you have your family functions be it a betrothal or a birthday party...or official gathering at Keys will have wonderful memories. Thanks to the hospitality mangers Lancy and Sathish.

Good hotel, well maintained rooms and restaurant. Courteous staff. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well illuminated. We have various options to chose in Restaurant, food tastes good. Convenient location.

Rooms were very clean Staff - very professional and friendly Complimentary breakfast - excellent Had lunch on the day of checkout and food was delicious Wi-fi was also good.. heard a lot on the bar but could not use becoz of time constraints
