This location is close to Adyar. Business and travellors who would like a clean neat rooms with internet. Close to Rajaannamalipuram and Tiruuvanmiyur. South indian breakfast . The beach is close and so is Marundeeswara a heritage value temple

Peaceful clean hotel. AC was in good condition that we did not feel any outside heat. Bed and pillow was tidy and soft that we had a comfortable sleep at night. Everything was upto mark. Staff were cordial.

This hotel is in L. B. Road, Adyar (Opp State Bank of India). This is a convenient location. People visiting NIFT and IIT can stay here. The staff are very helpful. Drawbacks : 1. Rooms are small so 3 people staying in a room will be very difficult. Rooms are not as big as they are shown in the photos. 2. Breakfast is too mundane, everyday they have the same menu literally. Plus Points : 1. Cotton House and other shopping centres are near by 2. It is near NIFT and IIT 3. It is reasonably priced. 4. Staff are very helpful

Good hotel for 1 or 2 persons max. Clean room. Good location. Food is a major issue. Breakfast dominates with south indian food with touch of other like boiled sweet potato, omelette. But if those omelette etc are finished then no replenishment. Room service menu has non veg items but they do not serve non veg. They get veg items from nearby restaurant, the rate of whose are higher than as mentioned on the menu. But they allow outside food.

Stayed this hotel for 3 nights of the year 2018. It was very good stay. Room is very clean and stuffs are very polite and helpful. We were very happy with delicious and plenty breakfast. The location is also quite good. Nearby many restaurants. But the food they served at room was very good. They made exactly as we asked(less oily,..etc). But, perhaps it's better if they spray mosquito repellent before guests check in and remove the smell somehow(with doors opened, fans switched on). Actually windows are attached and can not be opened. Although they provided All out/Goodknight but in such locked room without ventilator ,we did not use it.
