The room is very small but neat, but since I went in just for a shower and change it did not matter. Buffet breakfast is terrible. Some oily pooris and plain bread butter. Overall, if you dont expect too much from the breakfast table, value for money.

Locality Pretty much connected. Right near the hub of TNagar; and yet slightly inside the residential area with semblance of peace and away from road traffic Service People are indeed willing to help you; but are not "tuned" into the typical expectation norms of the business traveller. Hence one need to explain, reiterate and get a clarification that indeed they have understood you!! It is compounded by the fact that they have non-local personnel adding doubly whammy for the hapless guest in the translation etc Food Room services is quite quick. But the quality of food can be better AC It is just fine. Executive Room Size Little too cramped up. But well maintained and it is clean Bathroom amenities: What is it??? They have just created a shell of clean rooms. It would have been better had they attended to the basic minimum toiletries/repleneshing them without any reminders. Personal Grooming They could do much better. They could have some basic dress code or sense so that professional outlook could have been provided. Overall For the sheer connectivity, it scores well. Can be a good try for the short stays. Net Connectivity It is good; but the way the socket position above the TV is a lil bit of a challenge unless the housekeeping empathizes with you and IT person is willing to help you...with a longer cable.

1. Quality of Room: The standard or the studio room is just enough for a person at the most a couple. Room layout is clumsy. It doesnt permit one to have a smooth access to the sockets/internet/TV; very small leg space to move around. 2. Quality of Service It is indeed terrible in general. The front office people are quite responsive and try to help you with. However that intent doesnt translate into tangible results immediately. Probably they are used to being followed up incessantly over days. Ex: To ensure that the net connectivity is indeed working I have to followup over three full days while am leaving for work and from work. I was left with only two days by then I got a working version of net. But that refuses to work continously though. Laundry Service It is just horrible. One would not find any difference between the quality of soiled clothes that were given in the morning and the ones you get in the evening" after the laundry" service excpect that they are neatly ironed out. It is twice that this thing has happened. If I were not to insist, it would have been passed on as the laundry service. Surprisingly when you return them and insist upon having it cleaned up, then slightly better clothes would be provided "after laundry" trust me, any business traveller would not have any time and patience to go thru this harangue everytime despite sufficient precautionary requests to multiple front office personnel Housekeeping: It is non-chalant at the most. This property is handled as any other round the corner mess/bachelor's joint than as a professional hospitality property The weakest aspect of this property is housekeeping and size of the room The better of them is front office personnel. Biggest strength is its location and access to many a surrounding destinations.

Its a small hotel. Rooms are small around 10'x10'. lift is there,which stops between two flrs.Small TV provided with Airtel feed. No list of channel as such long surfing required before getting right choice. Wi-fi operational. Tea cattle provided with one cup and two tea bags,but of no use as Kettle was not working.On request,ready tea was served complimentary. One 1/2 litre water bottle complimentary,which I used for tea in kettle and wasted,when told to reception they send normal water in a bottle. gym is there but not used. bathroom though small,but clean with shower. Only soap and shmpoo sachet provided. Napkeen and towels require replacement. No toilet paper rolls. Breakfast included,served at roof top restaurant,where only 4 tables were there. Breakfast buffet for vegetarian,only dosa and idli with sambhar chatney were there,besides toast. Ready tea was served with breakfast. Location is good for work in T Nagar. Auto available easily but charging too high running without meter,as such negotiate first. Better to book cab through Reception. staff was cooperative.

I booked this hotel for a colleague who travelled from north and she enjoyed staying at this hotel. They serve a very good breakfast which was complimentary along with the package. The price is not a big hit on your wallet. They have a good restaurant within their premises. Staffs are very friendly and all amenities are good.

Well located hotel in T Nagar. Rooms are well maintained and neat. has inhouse kitchen and don't forget to try out their delicious Italian Pizza. One of my favorites Pizza joint in chennai. Good hotel for solo and family travellers.

The hotel is located a little in by lanes of T. Nagar. However take an auto easily available and within seconds you will be in any area of T. Nagar. Small property but well maintained. Nice clean rooms and toilets.

Its a pretty decent place I would say. First important thing is that I wanted an early check in (even though I was making an early checkout) and they were pretty happy to help with it(5 hours early ;)). Its just that they asked me to book through a different online portal. Staffs were helpful, but nothing to say very special. Its a well secured place with a nice workout place in the basement which I did not venture out on to. So overall perfect to stay with your family. I opted for a premium room and it was nice with clean rooms/ sheets/ restrooms, overall good. One of the let downs was the breakfast, they did not have anything ready until 8, and when I wanted to get out the food was just getting ready, so I skipped and came back later to find there were just some idly's left, that was delivered to the room again. Asked for their menu and kitchen did not have anything that's placed in the room. They gave the only snack they had after 45 mins. Missed the internet part, they had basic internet available, but not fast enough to stream on. For mails and stuffs it was pretty fine. Overall a good experience.
