We reached there around check-in time around 12pm just to know they don't take bookings from OYO. I asked them they could have replied to OYO when they received information about my booking. For that the lady who sits at the reception said they can't do it. (Which I don't think so). I had to call OYO as they receptionist didn't care about us. When OYO representative requested me to hand over the call to the lady at the reception and when I requested her to speak she just moved away turning her face. This was an eye opener for me to understand the attitude of the receptionist towards the customers. I had to book a new room and move after sitting there for 1.5 hrs and had to cancel my afternoon plans . I can understand if they have problems with OYO and in case they have techincal difficulties to cancel from their end (if at all it's true). But the way they responded when I was requesting to speak to customer agent was a mean way to deal with customer. I would request to please keep away from this property. I just came across another review with similar experience. I wished I had read it before booking.
