I had a terrible stay, rooms and sheet very dirty, the sheets and matress full of bed bugs. i tried to clean but to no avail. i tried to sleep for an hour but had to wake up due intense itching and rashes all over body.Tere was no complimentary airport transfer as advertised, they have pact with auto so after waiting for imaginary car that is supposed to b coming u take the auto and end up paying urself. baseline rooms are horrible and full of bugs...had to take medicine. the counter service is the worst

standard room only basic facility available , only advantage near to airport and drop facility early in the morning

Despite making online payment, the rooms were full and they shifted me to another hotel. Lot of mosquitoes, bed bugs, couldn't sleep at all both the nights.The hotel staff seemed considerate.Wrong information given on the website regarding the distance from conference venue, which caused me lot of hassal and money spent on commute.4 kms given on website and actually was 12 km from venue.Spoiled all my plans regarding the commute and could not attend the conference as desired. Very disturbing and traumatising experience just due to wrong information on website.

There was no separate hot-cold water line for rooms. Reception person should be educated and experienced one. Otherwise its ok.
