I had a terrible stay, rooms and sheet very dirty, the sheets and matress full of bed bugs. i tried to clean but to no avail. i tried to sleep for an hour but had to wake up due intense itching and rashes all over body.Tere was no complimentary airport transfer as advertised, they have pact with auto so after waiting for imaginary car that is supposed to b coming u take the auto and end up paying urself. baseline rooms are horrible and full of bugs...had to take medicine. the counter service is the worst

There was no separate hot-cold water line for rooms. Reception person should be educated and experienced one. Otherwise its ok.

Despite making online payment, the rooms were full and they shifted me to another hotel. Lot of mosquitoes, bed bugs, couldn't sleep at all both the nights.The hotel staff seemed considerate.Wrong information given on the website regarding the distance from conference venue, which caused me lot of hassal and money spent on commute.4 kms given on website and actually was 12 km from venue.Spoiled all my plans regarding the commute and could not attend the conference as desired. Very disturbing and traumatising experience just due to wrong information on website.

We stayed 1 night in the hotel before our morningflight. They have friendly staff. Fast wifi. And good basic rooms. (Indian) breakfast is included. And also the transfer to the airport. If you just stay for the night then I would recommend it.

Budget hotel in chennai suitable for single day stay. I had booked two double bed Non AC room on 10/12/2016 when I was travelling to vellore for my mothers treatment. The rooms were small but clean in one room the ceiling fan was making lots of noise and the regulator was not working. I requested for pick up from the airport as I didn't required to drop me to the airport but the refused. When we reached the hotel only one staff was available and we had to manage every thing on our own. When I asked they said that all staff were on leave that day. No restaurant so we had to manage the food from outside. Water supply problem in the morning had to complain twice.Complementary breakfast was provided in the room and was average. Overall its near to the airport so its suitable for short stay.

I booked a room at this so-called hotel for my sister and brother in law for their overnight stay near the airport since they were supposed to catch an early morning flight the next day. The hotel is nothing but a heap of garbage, with dirty toliets, no water, not even drinking water, no on duty staff for transferring luggage even. The guest had to carry their own luggage upto their rooms. Though we had paid for an AC room, the hotel reception said they had no information about an AC room , and refused to grant one. The staff were extremely rude . The guest was made to wait at the reception for around 30 minutes before the staff could locate the booking on their system. They only offered a non AC dirty , filthy room full of mosquitoes, the toilets were smelly, with no water , and the staff even refused drinking water to my guest. Though the hotel promises complimentary airport pickup, the number which the had provided kept ringing, with no response. Ths is not a hotel, it is actually a shady lodge operated by some cheats. I am writing this review to caution general public against booking any accommodation at this hotel, since they are out to cheat you . They have charged around Rs 1571/- for a standard AC room inclusive of breakfast and complimentary one way airport transfer. But the breakfast was also not served on the following morning. Guys, please be extra careful when you book hotel rooms online since most rooms / details/photographs displayed on hotel websites are not real !!! Hotel Marson Lodge, Chennai is just one of them !!!

We had arranged a pickup at 9:45pm from the airport. No one arrived to pick us up. I called on someone phone and said the driver will come, wait at fast track booth. So we wait.Then we have to pay 360 rupees to get a taxi there. They did not reimburse. Said it was our own fault because we didnt have a SIM card to call on. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO HAVE A SIM. I JUST ARRIVED INTERNATIONAL. The guy at reception was so rude. We even had to wait for our room to be cleaned. After waiting 10minutes the room was ready. AND THEN asked for passport details. Then went to the room. Sheets disgusting, shower head doesnt work and the FAN is on FULL SPEED and can't change it. Add to that it's super expensive!

Rooms are okay, service is bad as i asked for a bottle of water which never got delivered. Near to the airport. Ac is not strategically located so cooling is bad. They give airport drops. Overall a good stay if you stay there just for transit.
