i had it pre-booked 2 weeks from stay, just the day before service the hotel people called saying they had to change my location because of some reason and had put me far away from my preferential area.The new place was horrible, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty room, etc..I was the only guest there. it costed me a lot of money and time travelling to my work area. later cleartrip called me, apologizing for the inconvenience and saying they have removed this hotel from their list. so as you can see they still have it running. I dont know whom to blame the hotel or cleartrip.
