There was no power back up and even there was no inverter to run the fan in absence of power. During my stay almost the whole day there was no power and AC and Fans were not working. Rooms if provided with proper power back up are excellent else in summer do not visit.

Budget-Friendly Budget-Friendly

Budget Friendly Serviced Apartment in a very central location Mylapore in Chennai. Staff is courteous and efficient. Food served hot and nice. Clean rooms, sheets and bathrooms. The only issue was with some mosquitoes in the Room. They should take care of this, then this would get a top class rating.

We booked 2 rooms in early December 2013. It was one of the worst places I had stayed in. Dirty walls and doors. Faulty and dangerous electrical appliances and wall sockets that we're coming off. The bed linen was stained and the pillowcases had not been changed. When we asked for them to be changed, a set of even dirtier pillowcases were produced. There was a pervasive smell of urine and the toilet bowl was cracked. The sitting room had a tattered sofa and the staff were using them as beds. There was very poor ventilation and there was an overwhelming smell of cooking which was quite unpleasant. The staff are obviously untrained and were just hired hands rather than trained in the hospitality business. We will never ever stay in this place again and I have warned my friends as well.
