I got impressed by the images posted on its website and other hotel booking sites. After lot of research I selected this hotel but I was dissappointed. Hotel staff is very rude. The receptionist woke me early in the morning and asked me to go to a near by atm to give him advance. Well that was very rude. Another claim this hotel makes it is that, it is having a restaurant. But they dont have one. They bring parcel from a nearby hotel and dont provide plates, spoons, tissue papers etc. Was not happy with the service provided.

The room I was given was not clean, and I asked to be given a different room. I was showed another room which was equally dirty. The staff were unmannerly. Also realised that there was no hot water in the morning and wasted 2 hours before an important appointment in fighting with the staff over hot water availability. Was arranged two buckets of hot water supply manually after some time. Location of the hotel was however good, but the overall experience was not great. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
