This property on Velachery Main Rd in Guindy is an excellent location for both the business and leisure traveler. While hotel has more than 200 rooms the ambiance feels like a boutique hotel. I spent over 65 nights here and can't wait to go back. The staff is friendly and will ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. I interacted with various team members during my stay, from the car park, front desk, F&B, spa, and houskeeping. I got the sense that the staff wants to ensure your stay is not any different than being at home. The daily breakfast buffet has both Indian and multi-cusines offerings including eggs benedict, gluten free items, fresh cut fruit and delicious pasteries as well as excellent sambar and the best coconut chutney you can find. Enjoy a freshly made coctail at the Flying Elephant bar before enjoying dinner in the multi-level restaurant. Both the gym and the spa are clean and offer a variety of equipment for every fitness enthusiast. Staying for an extended time? Hire a well qualified trainer from the hotel. The spa has an outstanding steam room, a rare cold plunge and great views! Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed in this accomodation.

Hyatt has all the amenities, very nice gym , spa, hair salon, pool, bar etc... also the standard of service is much better than similar level 5 star hotels in the area... Indian food in the breakfast and lunch area is good, do not try Italian food... Food in flying elephant is excellent, pizza was really really good. Wifi connection is good in all places. Good places to take your laptop and work in the garden area or the restaurant areas...

Loved everything about this well kept hotel. The hotels staffs are all very friendly and informative. Always had that smile on their faces. Every corner of the hotel are so clean and smells so good with the essential oils burning all the way. Our hotel room was so cosy and comfortable to stay in. We didnt want to step out from our room. We really enjoyed each moment and will treasure these experience forever. Will definitely come back again

I had time in between my flights and I decided to come and enjoy the atmosphere in Park Hyatt - and it was a great choice! I totally enjoyed the food and the service in the Asian restaurant. Nabajit was my waiter and did a great job and helped me enjoy my time even more with his stories )) Thank you!

Nabajit had good hospitality. He gave good suggestion about food. He explained everything to us. Served very good. Hotel's food taste is very good. They served it fast. Ambience was awesome. Quick response by everyone. There are a lot of variety.
