Hotel is good. In front of hotel a very bad smelled NALA is there, hence while entering the hotel, one has to first bad smell and then enter the hotel. But since it is near to shankar Netraliya , so it is convenient to me. Thanks.

Room was super clean and kept amazingly. Among meals, had only breakfast, pretty good options to choose from. Great service and hospitality. Location and accessibility wise pretty good. Concierge team very helpful.

Comfortable stay. Staff are great. Views from upper floors nice. Well located to get around the city. Good value for money, certainly when it is off season. I would stay there again. Beds comfortable. Pretty much everything you would expect from a radison blu hotel.

I recommend for this hotel in Chennai, India. The staff is hospitality and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is near the shopping plaza and not far from the airport. In addition, it's valuable price.

We spent two nights here and the hotel is what you would expect for a good quality city centre hotel. Good rooms, service, meals etc. However, we had a problem on our first night due to very loud noise from a wedding party on the first floor with booming base music rattling the fittings. Eventually we had to change rooms at 2.00am. As a response to the immediate problem this was welcomed, but it did not stop us being very unahappy about being put in a second floor room in the first place. Radisson claim to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but when I repeated my complaint in the morning we were fobbed off by the receptionist and then a junior manager who was clearly not empowered to do anything about it.

Overcharged raw tasteless food with insects in it. Mosquitoes along with raw seafood, mutton and pasta were served in the dinner buffet. Nobody should ever choose the buffet option in the Oasis restaurant.
