A nice hotel for a Business Stay, Clean rooms. The A/C is good which is a relief in Chennai...The food is good though slightly expensive. Had a comfortable stay. The only letdown is that the restaurants are closed from 11 pm to 7 am so no room service in the night.

I have been staying with Rainbow since almost a year plus.When ever any Trips to Chennai I opt this place and I do refer my friends and family too as I had been getting the best of service and they are improving on what they have been lacking and trying to make it the best.As said no one can be 100 percent perfect but still with the amount of resources they have they are giving the best and Food at the restaurant has been a good choice too.

We reached Just 10 minutes before te Check in time He asked us to Pay Entire Amount of Another Stay Then Only He Can give us a Room or else he is not going to provide us the room as he is having more bookings through OYO. So these people never stands on Commitment

I never recommend this to anyone, as its just a waste of money. A lot of good hotels are around this area at even more cheaper price. Very bad service with low quality food. I can assure that no one can feel comfortable stay here...

Trip advisor should have a minimum standard for reviewing hotels. Room was small. Bed sheet with stains. No outside view. Could not sense even rain outside. No possibility to have coffee/ tea before 7.15am earliest as the kitchen opens only at 7am strangely. What then prevents them installing a coffee vending machine! Do not know what could attract anyone to opt for this, as I stayed as one among a large group attending a wedding. The rooms were booked in bulk for us by the friend performing his son' wedding. I do not think I will stay there again. RtnJ.Ganesh
