Housekeeping was horrible. Unclean balcony with black dust sticking to our feet, there were no foot mats. There was no separate hot-cold water line for rooms. Only very hot or cold water was available at any point of time. Main lift was out of order and the service lift was stinking. Rooms not properly cleant and had only one towel for a double bedroom additional one was given only on demand. Room service was very slow and had to be reminded thrice on most occasions.

iwant comment travel guru booking staff, what a worst staff u have, i wrongly used credit card for hotel booking for two times for single room, but i convey my fault to travel guru staff, but he dont accept, this is simple thing, how he cant understand, so dont book room through travel guru website, worst response, i was unhappy their serivice, worrst serive, very bad travel guru, pl try to close ur website and save people...
