Housekeeping was horrible. Unclean balcony with black dust sticking to our feet, there were no foot mats. There was no separate hot-cold water line for rooms. Only very hot or cold water was available at any point of time. Main lift was out of order and the service lift was stinking. Rooms not properly cleant and had only one towel for a double bedroom additional one was given only on demand. Room service was very slow and had to be reminded thrice on most occasions.
