I had my lunch in Royal Paris , Periamet branch & found to be tasty & served quickly . I ordered for Biryani & they Prepared it well Will come again to taste their other food items . Price was also Reasonable The ambience of the restaurant , washroom area , Over all cleanliness was found to be good

Most horrible experience of my life. Staff is very rude and arrogant. Cleanliness is just on paper. You never get a response to any issue. I would sincerely advise fellow travellers to avid this property

The room was small and stuffy, no outside view but neat and clean. An average hotel and OK for a stay for a couple of days. Food was good and price was reasonable. Advantage is the location, very close to Chennai Central station.

Misguided Misguided

I booked a DELUXE ROOM in the hotel through cleartrip that it is better than the Standard room and my wife's stay would be comfortable as she is slightly handicapped in the knee and unable to move that freely. To my surprise when I reached the Hotel, the reception guy was funbling and took time to get a confirmation as to how much has been paid. He spoke and got a confirmation from clearrip though I had booked almost 12 days earlier.. I was alloted a standard room and despite my repeated questioning whether it is a deluxe room, he misguided me stating that is the deluxe room. I fail to unerstand the clear tie up by Cleartrip with the Hotel and how they honor commitments made by Cleartrip. I strongly suggest Cleartrip to take up with the Hotel authorities and set things straight. This was my second stay in the Hotel. Of course nothing else was lacking but for the issue I have highlighted.

Had an excellent stay for 4 days. Staff very courteous and immediate attention to calls. Breakfast pretty good. Room and facilities very good. Centrally Located and commuting very easy. Overall I had a very pleasant stay in the Hotel
