A centrally located service apartments. It is located in the upper floors of a mall with a rickety lift. The staff are not very helpful and the rooms very poorly maintained. Linen too leaves much to be desired the standard rooms are small. Deluxe ( so called) are a bit larger. The breakfast is served cold and inedible. One can take advantage of walking to one of the many restaurants npeqrby.

The room we had booked was given to other customers so we were given a humid and very dirty (thilthy floors and bathroom mat, sheets had already been slept in, humidity damage on all walls, thilth traces everywhere, etc.), there was no water in the shower, the air-con didn't work (no cold air) and the night shift manager couldn't care less. The room did not have the coffee/tea maker indicated on booking page and food platters and waste lying alll along the hallway and the photos on the website are all an absolute Lie. This experience is seriously making me doubt the quality of the OYO Rooms group. We had one good experience with them and then progressively worse throughout our travel through India. Will probably never recommend them again.

I stayed here in for a day , but i had it all in such a short span . I booked through oyo app. After check-in & i had a series of worst experience in hotel . Room was smelly , it was like somebody is still staying there. Telephone was not working , every-time i have to go to reception for needs , AC was noisy with insufficient cooling (even though i stayed in September) . Bathroom was horrible , it had spider web , everything was little dirty , felt really unhygienic . I came hotel after 30 hours of train journey & i felt the bathroom is dirtier than me . I complained all the issues to manager , no ground action was taken by him during my stay. During night i heard lots of loud noise , then i found that the hotel staff were enjoying/partying themselves in next room with door open. The positive things are i got food in the room at 2:30am, good wi-fi speed & manager's behaviour was nice. Photos on oyo app was impressive , but reality was gross , i don't think hotel's management is focusing on customers. They don't afraid of reviews i guess Very unprofessional Stay away from this hotel

The rooms are fine in terms of Budget hotel but the services are not good. WiFi disconnects everytime. Further, my plan included complimentary breakfast buffet but when i went to the restaurant which is outside hotel in the basement, the food of buffet was, 2 idlis and one vada and coffee. I was shocked. It was less than peanuts.

ive booked this room via Oyo rooms and shortly i would say this place was utter useless. firstly, we booked one month prior via Oyo rooms and when i was at the property, they had the courage to say no room at 2 am!! Besides the manager, Kannan and the night manager was VERY VERY RUDE!!!! Verbally abusive as this was a Ladies group. The night manager was expecting us to worship him when he says he doesnt have a room for us at 2 am in the morning. Advise to people opting for this hotel: Run as far as you can. Choose other hotels. Staffs are very rude and they do not keep up to their word.
