Had a pleasant stay. But please note for further guidance : Hotel bills on 24 Hours stay basis But Travel Guru charges on number of Nights occupied basis. Thus checking in @ 6 AM and checkout at 9 AM the next day causes altercations between Hotel and inmates. This despite my intimation regarding this in the notes page provided for the incumbent during booking. Online intimations required - both from hotel side and Travelguru side. If for this, the entire episode is a memorable and pleasant one.

After booking hotel with U from a remote place- Vaideshwarankowil in late night at @ 10.30 PM from cyber cafe, I noticed that my return reservations from chennai are on 5th morning. I contacted Ur office, but services were closed. So I contacted Hotel directly giving reference of Ur booking & requested to book the same one day in advance. The hotel manager confirmed to allot non ac room, since ac rooms are booked. On reaching the hotel at @ 4.00 PM I requested for AC room. The manager /owner after discussion with their staff confirmed to allot ac room at 8.00 PM. & asked to wait in non ac room till then. It was a room on top floor like hot chamber,where there was no cross ventilation. The windows on both sides could not be opened, since were located on duct like portion in which all room acs were fitted & hot discharged air was rushing in the room. We could hardly stay in the room for half an hour & left for sight seeing.Asked the manager to shift our luggage to AC room & confirm us on my mobile, so that we can return. No call recd till 9.30 PM. On calling from my side the reply came that the guest has left and room will be ready by 11.00 PM. We reached the hotel around 10.30 & asked how it takes so long to make room ready ? We were waiting in to allotted hot chamber upto 11.30 PM.On actual walking to other floors I found that one room on 1st floor is being prepared to stay during thair routine mentainance. We forceebly enterd in the room which was completed with TV etc in our presence. The ac could not be started which was managed by staff with temporary connection. Finally we closed the door at about 1.00 AM & chucked the hotel in the morning. We could hardly relax for 3 to 4 hours. This is the case of 100% refund with 100% penalty for mental headache we faced & not a voucher of Rs 1000.00 for future stay. The hotel owner/manager on humanatory ground could have told the truth and on his own should have booked nearby some hotel for us. Upcouse on extra payment. I

It is suggested that one towel may be provided for each guest and also soap should also be provided. Milk or tea should be provided from 4AM for the guests, who have to catch the train at 6AM. We did not take food and hence feed back on dining options is not applicable.

The hotel is located near to Chennai Central Railway Station, around 10-15mins walkable. It is a budget hotel, low priced, standard also. The room was neat and clean, the restroom was also neat. There was no hot water provided. Free Wifi is available. There is no much place to parking.

It is nice to stay in the hotel. It is very near to chennai central and egmore railway stations. This hotel is mainly advised to book Middleclass or budget oriented people. The cost of non ac room per is night only 320 for me. It is good to stay at the hotel.

Its near Chennai central..Affordable rates.. Family can stay safely. Several sites like cleartrip, yatra etc. gives offers for this hotel Wash rooms are ok w.r.t. the amount you spend. Overall, good to go!

Its a average property located in heart of city and bang on the main road. Room are average with no choice of views or anything fancy. It s a place which can be visited when in shoe string budgets and also when you dont want to travel too much with in city. Front office could have been more courteous i believe still given the price we paid it was a satisfactory experience.
