Hotel is not Good for the money they are charging. . Hotel is very con-just with less space . The lift is not good . The house keeping is below average, unclean balcony, unclean toilet, unclean room with black dust sticking to our feet. AC was very bad . Food in the below restaurant is very average . Staff is not helpful, in case of first time traveling then it will be bad place to landin . Finally i don't recommend anyone to stay in the hotel

The first room was dark, dingy and bugged. Next one was better but dusty. Food in the restaurant below was very good (Veg) . Staff is courteous. Cleaners are inexperienced. Cost was 1400 per day. Try being in the top floor rooms they're newer.
Chana Batura and Grape juice are good. We were 3 persons......... They just forgot my juice - even after 25 minutes ........ Then in a hurry they supplied that with Sugar. Ideally good juice served without sugar if not advised other wise.........
It's easy to find out the place but not proper location. I stayed four nights in this lodge (I would prefer to not call this property as a Hotel). Every 2 Days once i have to call them for clean the room. There was no hot water facility when i asked them they simply said if it is not working then no choice, i have to shower with cold water only. Need to change people in front desk. Very poor response from the old man. I won't recommend to any one.
A good hotel with air conditioning, a good restaurant and a snack cafe attached - try the Masala Dosas - they're yummy and only about 20 Rupees (about 20 UK pence)!! ATM and small supermarket nearby. About 1 KM from Church of San Thome (20 minutes brisk walk). Helpful man at reception. Only issue is that the room was not very clean. I moved the bed and there was lots of filth underneath. The walls could do with a good bleaching too.
Tried out this hotel for its nice location for the sea and the sea beach, San Thome Church.,and the main road but poor maintence and service. Staff needs to be trained and the management needs to cater to residents, but did not book in.
