hotel is very nice but room alloted to me this time is not so good and when i ask them to change they refused to do so.

Hotel is located centrally, has spacious neat and clean property and quality dinning options. However, the mixer of the shower was jammed and since I was in hurry I had to take bath in very hot water. Manjit Singh (stayed at Room No. 524)

- We stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. - The room was pretty good with all the facilities available. - The Hotel staff was very polite and cordial. Had an issue with the Set Top Box but they replaced it in an instant. - The breakfast provided was pretty wholesome. It comprised everything from idli's to muffins and baked beans to carrot halwa. - Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Hotel is superb location and have all facilities . Huge parking space is available. Food quality is excellent .There is roof restaurant MINAR grate one. Excellent quality break fast . Staff very courteous. If you want coffee there is a Coffee outlet at the entry gate . Most surprising was availability of superb astrologer with very reasonable charges. The man is excellent .He is reading Palms as well as having parrot to select cards . very accurate and great . Overall a great stay inching to come back

Spacious but rundown rooms (especially bathroom). Staff not helpful or efficient. Phone service in room disabled during night -- after midnight until around 6 am. Overall disappointing for a four-star hotel. Breakfast is decent.

Stayed for a day (Check-in at morning and Check-out at evening). The room was clean and good.Good service. Varieties of food and tasty too. Hotel has a very good swimming pool. Check-in and Check-out process was smooth.

Well I stayed here for a week. I liked the breakfast here, especially the traditional coffee. Room service was good and quick all the time. I chose pool side room. There are plenty of restaurants near by.. like Karaikudi and Saravana, for local flavors. Also there are good ice cream parlors in surrounding. My experience with wifi was no good during stay. Another good thing is this place has excellent banquets service with good quality Bose sound systems, good for arranging parties and all.

The hotel located in the busy Radhakrishna Salai (old Cathedral Road) is good as a resting place. The famous MArina beach is close by (if ventured you can have a morning walk to the beach) The restaurant is offering a well spread of items for prime meals which foodies will love to taste. The rooms are well appointed and the major advantage for this hotel is the ample car parking.

It's a big hotel with nine or ten storey imposing main building. I stayed there for three days on a professional trip. The ambience is good. Person at the reception was prompt and helpful. The rooms were good with central air conditioning , TV, fridge, tea/ coffee station and a safe vault. I had a conference for three days. The conference hall was fairly big, acoustics were excellent, audio-visual was nice. The persons attending to these details were efficient. The food served was tasty , without frills. The buffet breakfast was nice , in a cozy place. The check out was as prompt and hospitable as the check in. On the downside, as you entered the room there was a musty smell that greeted you. The towels also had unpleasant odour, as if washed with some cheap agent or in mal-odourous water. There had been room renovation , but old wash basin and WC had been retained. They were chipping, and were obvious eye sore in newer chic setting. There was an element of casualness in house keeping. The room had no hangers for the clothes. TV remote was not working. These were attended to on complaining. The safe vault was locked. I asked house keeping staff, but somehow this went unattended. Lastly the sitting rim of the WC wasn't fully clean. I did it myself with the help of toilet paper. I will sum up this a good place to be in ; would be more delighting if the hotel administration could perk up in certain areas.
