Stay was comfortable, place is situated in a residential area and easily accessible from bus depot. They have no restaurant adjacent and Breakfast offer was a farce as obviously the idlis and chutney were bought from the roadside tea shop along with the lukewarm tea. When questioned they agreed that there was no cook.

Small rooms , but near to the main road. Lot of nonsense staff and oyo, but okay. The route is bit traffic , but staff speaks little english which is like water in a summer. Rooms where recreated from apartments but still looks small and comforty.

We had booked through OYO Rooms. The room that we stayed was made by renovating a kitchen and it had a sink in it! There was a strange smell in the room when we opened it. The service was poor. There were no options for breakfast, whatever they gave we had to eat.

We stayed in Room no 204 from 15 04 2016 at RS 1936, that time name of the hotel was OYO Tiruvanmiyur, check in 12 noon check out 11 am. Next day ie 16 04 2016 to 17 th stayed for RS 1437 for the same room 204 under the hotel name as Season 4 Residences check in check out is 24 hours. They don't provide bill and only some loose receipt. It is worth for only Rs1300 -1500, just jack up the price on say speciel price. First week april during my first booking list price quoted as some Rs 3000 and said discount so 1936. Second booking on 14 list price was 1365 (approx) discout as 15% so 1437. Daily you need to check the price. Only thing the street is good, location is good. 3 hard Idly break fast, machine coffee only At last no professional approach

Whilst checking in itself we noticed that the staff both at the reception as well as elsewhere were completely lethargic and uninterested in serving their customers. The room was spartan and clean. Service was poor and lousy. We were supposed to stay there two nights. However out of the blue the hotel called us when we were out on day 1 of our stay here to tell us that they had registered us under the wrong ID(local instead of international) and that this would become a problem with the local police. They asked us to check out immediately in order to avoid a problem with the police which completely puzzled us as we had registered both with a local and international ID. Upon repeated insistence to find out what the problem was the reception staff just insisted that it was their fault but we still had to check out. This caused us a huge amount of unnecessary stress to check out and find another place to stay. It appears that they had either over booked the property or had some shady dealings going on and had decided earlier on that they would find a way to get a few customers to check out. The treatment that was meted out to us was completely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this place at all to visitors. You would be better off checking yourself in elsewhere. Moreover the staff were just completely uninterested in trying to solve the problem. Ridiculous service in this day and age.
