* TravelGuru is taking the customers for a ride * Inspite of confirmation mail from TravelGuru, hotel said there was no booking * TravelGuru charged for Executive Room which can accomodate 3 adults, 1 child, whereas in reality the hotel only has double rooms (this is for my family's booking, in the same hotel, and same stay period) * on contacting TravelGuru re these discrepancies on the day of check in, TravelGuru calls up in the evening to say everything was OK and we could proceed, however in reality nothing had been sorted out * Will be never using TravelGuru's service for sure
Basically this is service apartment and the main problem is to locate this, the security guard also did not know that there is any hotel, how funny. Internet connection was not available in the room. But room service is good, though in mid night it was very difficult to get the service.
We had wonderful stay here. The management was very helpful. The A/C in our room was not working at a time but on complaint quick measures were taken. The room service were active, even the food served impressed. I would like to come back again.
Very Good for family it will be more enjoyable as you don't feel you are staying in a hotel.
Overall a good stay. Good for the couple stay.

I am a regular guest to this service apartment. Location very conveniently. Value for money. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious and toilet is well maintained. Food taste is ok but the variety is limited. Breakfast is very normal. It is worth enough for the money we are paying.
I was there at the Habibullah Road unit (SreeDeviNiwas...near Nadigar Sangam) from 8th Dec-10th Dec 2012, with family on a personal visit. What surprised most was when the bill was delivered. - it was in a piece of paper...offering no legitimacy as the website or the brand that was being promoted. - Most importantly, I was charged for breakfast, tea and coffee when I was given to understand that the room tariff includes breakfast. So check in advance, get this in writing if you are considering this place. - If you want to tip the cook, housekeeper, etc please do so with them 1;1. Not through the manager. It does not help the persons concerned. The location is good, the accommodation spacious, food OK...just that the above was, IMO, in bad taste. Hope they learn to put customer first...asap.
