Staff was very nice, responding to our needs, food is good mainly chilli egg food is delivered to the room when it is hot. Enjoy alot in swimming pool, and room comes with free morning breakfast, hassle free checkout. Enjoyed stay alot

Good hotel in srm campus. I thing better to book this if you are visiting srm campus related work. Nice hospitality. Food quality was good. Buffet food i took it was good. Breakfast meeting i enjoyed. Rooms i haven't seen but friends are saying good. Value for money hotel. Surrounding environment is excellent.

This is one of the most horrible hotels we ever stayed in. Booked this hotel as it is closer to the SRM KTR Campus, for a price of almost 4500 per night inclusive of taxes. It is not even worth paying 1000 per night for this sub-standard hotel. Very dark rooms which are quite filthy and stinking. My family reached late at night and could not request a room change. The kettle in the room is fully stained and rusted, and as if no one ever hardly touched it. The first reaction was nausea, and one would straightaway run into the bathroom. And the bathroom is another story. They are fully stained in black with a creepy bathtub and very dirty and stinky. The first thing the next day we did, is asking for changing to another room, and same story. Couldn't leave the place and go away, as had paid already for 3 nights. At breakfast, we noticed one girl refilling the cornflakes back to the jar after they fell on the table. Same-day for dinner we ordered for Paneer paratha with pickle, and they delivered just paratha after one hour without the pickle. Their explanation, although it is on the menu card, pickle will be given only during breakfast. We had to argue for 10 minutes for some god-help-pickle. Never will stay here or will allow any our friends and relatives stay. This is a nightmarish stay of three days and nights, which was quite disgusting. Be careful everyone.

Excellent location for people visiting SRM University as this hotel is next to the university building. Stay was comfortable and excellent food. Very friendly staff and always there to help you. Good place for families

Very nice and good service levels maintained hotel in near by SRM university area and well maintained one also. Perfect choice for people who visits for short trips or vacations especially for parents of SRM college students.
