I stepped in chennai for an official work with Marine Accidental And Investigation Bureau for a year deputed by Ministry of shipping. Oh Man !! this place is awesome. Having stayed for Eight odd months in this alluring And Flawless furnished 3BHK flat with acquiescent staff and huge Parking, let me tell you how it actually feels like staying here. Housekeeping : Spotless cleaning by assiduous staff headed by Mr.Mohan is Phenomenal as usual. They are quite consistent, no matter what team comes to clean. They go above and beyond most of time. Food : Complimentary breakfast as per ROTA. In- house kitchen available. Food has improved a lot but its still average. It is really homely and hygienic food , where lets not have a second thought but once again, it can really be improved and Guests can save few thousands from Food Apps. Front office: Manager is a cool - headed and imperturbable charming Guy. Staff are quite around till 10pm and thereafter one can reach them over by mobile phone for any services. But one serious note to be considered is , at times FO is ear-splitting . Entertainment : Of all the reviews posted , I have not seen anyone mentioning about the games available in-house. Carroms, badminton and Table Tennis is serviceable. Laundry ,Misc : Fully automatic Washing machine available in every flat with Ironing boards, Iron box, cloth Stand. Security : CCTV cameras around the arena and in every flat makes one really feel Secured. Adding to it, Guards are available 24x7 near the main gate and can also be reached through intercom. Overall: I never give any positive reviews so usually but this berth is Truly surpassing Citadine, Le meridien and aloft group of hotels. A home away from home . yeah Yes! not to mention about the festivals they celebrate in-house. Certain areas can needs very little improvement but yes, there is always a room to improvise and so do here. Good luck Team.
