Taj Club House (A Taj Hotel)

I arrived too early in the morning whereas my checkin was about 2pm. Front office Manager Mr.Hussain had been courteous to give me an early check in and also escort me to the room. The customer care at Taj Club House is really wonderful. It was a pleasant stay.

Marriages are made in heaven. Our first marriage in the family and in the current pandemic could only be pulled off by the Taj Group and in particular the Taj Club house, Chennai. Right from the time of the engagement in November 2020 till conclusion of wedding on June 2021, we have received utmost cooperation and have been moved by the strides taken for our personal care, like an family member would. This would not have been possible without Mr. Vinod Nair(Director Sales), Mr. Rajagopalan, Mr. Karthik, Mr. Suresh to name a few, who went out of their way to make the wedding function memorable, comfortable & the entire event seamless. Hats off to Chef Mr. Jonathan who dished out traditional Tamil Iyer delicacies. Guests really appreciated the food & left them lip- smacking. ( Kalyana Sapada as they say in Tamil). From the F&B team like Sirazudin, Daniel, Suresh S and Ajit to the House keeping staff Rahul and the Doorman who saw that every guest was checked & was ushered in with outmost courtesy, we thank you for making it so much more memorable and comfortable. Thank you!

Its our family trip due to medical treatment , we stayed 4 nights , I suggest one of the best hotel in chennai , close to everything , special thanks to MR Karthik for making our stay comfortable , everything was perfect ,

Be it a short stay or a long purpose visit this is an ideal property. I would recommend it to anyone whos looking for a long term stay as the rooms are big and the service is quite excellent. The restaurants are quite lovely too.

Staff were really cooperative and well mannered. Interior were neat and clean. Superb location. Room was good. Food was delicious .I would like to mention two staff karthik and hussain for the warmth and care during the stay
