This Hotel is very good for business traveler and family stay. You have very good shopping/dining options very near to the Hotel. Room service was very good. The internet (Wi-fi) was not working. This Hotel is a very good option if you want to shop/dine and attend function/meeting in and around T.Nagar.

Its a surprise in chennai to find a clean hotel with polite staff and really good non veg food at this price.i would definitely recommend this hotel for any business traveler.

Worth for the money paid. Very near to the shopping are. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy shopping.

I booked deluxe room, they provided 2 single bed. on booking, I paid extra Rs.1000/-for my son(10years) who was staying with us. Hotel never arranged extra bed. I complained at the reception, the manager told to talk to your travel agent. At midnight I was not interested to talk to anybody.

in very traffic area. food quality bad. cleaness is bad.finding hotel was itself was a task as no one knows the hotel. lot of mosquitoes. understanding english or hindi by staffs was teribble.

It is my second visit here and the hotel has been refurbished. The room looks more spacious compare to the previous visit. Our return flight was early in the morning, yet the hotel prepared pack breakfast (sandwiches) for us to have on the way. Loved their vadai served for breakfast. Good hospitality.

Most of the rooms have been refurbished, except the 4th floor when we stayed in March. All rooms comes with windows and rooms are spacious. Refurbished rooms has a modern chic look. Big difference as I have stayed here before it was refurbished. Location is excellent as within walking distance of main shopping area of T-Nagar. Good selection served at temporarily converted rooms serving breakfast on 4th floor, as main restaurant on ground floor not fully refurbished.

Awesome is the words I can give to the Taz Kamar team. Great hospitality from the moment I step in till I step out. Kudos to the crews. Rooms were clean n comfortable. Water pressure was good. Clean toilet with amenities provided. Complimentary breakfast good with minimal varieties. Very helpful crew at every department. Just tell them what you need and they'll be at it the next minutes. Keep up the awesome work guys.. *Suggestion= to provide iron and ironing board in future.

I loved everything about this place. From the time i did the booking, ammendments to my stay, all went smooth. I called them few times regarding my stay and they respinded quickly and well. The booking front officer was really good and attentive to our needs. Check in was smooth inspite of having another big group checking in together with us. The night shift front desk officer was all smily and polite. Next day, the front officer on duty was really courteous. He helped us book uber to places we wanted to go. Even the door boy was so polite and all smiles... They actually took their own effort to get us auto to go places we wanted to, suggested good restaurants. Helped us get proper auto drivers to get to places. Something i really appreciate. I cannot fault anything about this place... Exceptional front officers and the doorboy. Breakfast was excellent too... Enough spread... All the food came in hot... Their methu vadai was excellent... My husband and i would definitely come back to this place again if given a chance...

I wrote a review for this place few years ago and gave 5 stars. Except food quality every went down terribly. Cleanliness, water quality in the bathroom, room service, over all area maintainence all went down significantly. Would not recommend to anyone.
