My First Experinence with Travel Guru itself was a disaster. Made a case study out of my experience and the worst customer care I ever experienced with Travel guru staff with Voice recordings to teach all our MBA students in Our College and is being circulated to other MBA schools as well. Is it the beginning of the downslide for Travel GURU ? Please note all downfall starts from the peak. Thanks for the worst service I ever experienced ever in the globe.

The Room was tidy, but there where cockroaches in every nook & corner,The A/c was not working properly I think the HOTEL people are providing this type of room if we book thru portal.

The Hotel is Past Prime with poor housekeeping. Room service is terribly poor. Only good thing is rooms are big in size, paints are old linens are not clean.

It is one of the most terrible hotels in Chennai. I had stayed there earlier and my earlier experience made me re book this hotel. On checking in first they put us in a smaller room.. on inquiring later they shifted to another room... the room did not have towels.. and no water... Water came after 45 mins and towels came after 2 hours... Because the towels came late, we reached late for breakfast and were informed that complimentary breakfast was not available. However, we we discussed with supervisor, she was good enough to serve breakfast a la carte. Ordered a veg club sandwich at night.. it came after 1 hour... a ridiculous stay. tv was not working for some time... DONT FALL FOR THE OFFER..it is not worth it... will NEVER stay here again

We recently had Farewell Dinner for one of our US Colleague on 30th Nov 2017. we had few alcohol consumers in our team (22 people). 1. Food Service was very poor and people really don't worry about serving Guest 2. Starters were very bad (Chef Choice) and cold served, served in bits and pieces (Insufficient most of the cases) 3. Alcohol was 50% excessively billed and charged (Smart People wanted us to count on the empty bottles to reconcile while billing). we definitely knew we didn't consume to that extent in short period of time (25 Beers, 23 Bacardi Small consumed by 6 people in 2 hours time, Hotel Staff says) 4. we settled the bill fully including Tips and do not want to Debate and Argue with Hotel Staff in front of our Guest (US National) 5. Hotel Staff was trying to justify things and never interested for refund when we approached them next day Dear Friends, Please be careful while staying / dining in this Hotel, Dangerous Choice i would say

Rooms are unfurnished.. Jacuzzi tub in non working condition.. Lot of mosquitoes in room.. Centralised AC not functioning properly.. Swimming pool under construction..Basic amenities in room like coffee maker, towels, toilet roll etc not available.. Restaurant food is stale with basic stuff like tandoor not working.. In short big hotel with no proper maintainence.

Good service but needs to improve the upkeep of bathroom. The toilet flush was not working and the water after taking bath was not draining. These sort of issues need to be addressed for maintaining a standard. The staff were courteous and responded promptly.

Hotel is good.The employees are fine but the rooms are not properly maintained. Bathrooms sanitaryware was totally broken. After our complain there was no one to change our rooms. The restaurant is good , food is tasty.There was not proper attention for room service.
