The Leela Palace Chennai

The hotel amazing. The ambience royal. The looks, they have got it. The food, damn so good. Overall a great experience. I haven't had the change to stay at their hotel but I had to opportunity to eat at their rest. And let me tell it was worth it. The food, service and everything was just impeccable. A highly recommended hotel in Chennai

People are so kind and nice. Service is immaculate. Place is too good and cosy. Excellent place to visit and stay. Food is sumptuous. No regrets at all. Gave four star just because there is always leg room for improvement. Like we saying "second-to-none"!!! Hats off everyone @Leela Palace!!

I stayed for one night there. The check in process was delayed because of late check out from a group. But they front desk and the Manager on duty was extremely good,trying to make the best of the awkward situation and went out of the way to make us comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and comfortable, the Chinese restaurant is very good. The staff are friendly and very efficient. I wanted to particularly applaud the manager on duty Mr Priyan, who also happens to be the security chief. Will definitely recommend this place and will be going there again.

It was a pleasure staying there .. I too noticed a few negative reviews and was bit confused about my stay. But to be honest the hotel was really a palace to stay in. The hospitality was too good. I stayed in a deluxe room sea facing. It was one of my best stays so far. Only con was food which wasn't too good for a five star standard .

Beautiful property, tastefully decorated room, tranquil environment, all of them are more than what one would expect from a place like this. But to be treated and feel like royalty - it has to be experienced. The team at Leela Palace Chennai will ensure that it will be a memorable experience. They are the best! Special shout out to the chefs too, for a some finger licking yummy food. Anyone wanting to experience the Indian hospitality they have read about, they should definitely come here.
