Excellent Suite Room stay

We booked a Suite room, as our stay was with kids.
The Suite room is very big, Better than suite room at branded hotel chains.
It was a five star experience to us. Bathroom had a jacuzzi too.
Food served in restaurant was also good. Ala Carte option is better than buffet.
Staff and room service was also good. I had appointment to US consulate. This hotel provided good proximity to US Consulate, Marina Beach, etc. My family enjoyed stay in Suite room.

Very good and VFM property

It's a nice property and is in good location. 500 m walking distance from LIC metro and Government estate metro stations and is easily accessible from airport. The rooms and ambience was very good with very cordial and polite staff.. overall my stay was comfortable and is a real VFM deal.
A very good well-connected hotel

We were here at this hotel on 19th January, 2020. This is a very goid hotel. It's situated at the heart of Chennai on Anna Selai, and is absolutely well-connected, being only 30 minutes or so from airport and appx. 10 minutes away from Chennai Central Station.
Room rates are very economical, and we got a suite room at a vety less rate. The (suite) rooms were very big, with a hall, a kitchen, a bedroom, a closet area and bathroom. The room had 2 TVs. The rooms were also very clean.
The food at the in-house restaurant was also very good and light as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would happily recommend it.
The only problem would be that the entrance is via a very small lift, that might not be convenient to everyone.
Not at all environmentally conscious!

In general, the hotel is fine - mostly clean with renovated rooms and helpful staff. However, the hotel is noticeably wasteful! Shows little regard for environment, despite signs at the lift proclaiming that "there is no Planet B." Daily changes of bedsheets and towels, and even toilet paper (when the roll is not finished)! They will throw away the old roll. They do not provide RO water in flasks and insist that you use only bottled water. Laundry comes double-packed in plastic, even though plastic bags have been banned in Chennai.
I much prefer smaller, local hotels that are conscious of resource use in a city with as much environmental issues and poverty as Chennai.
This hotel conflates "high-class" with wastefulness, in an age where the best hotels are most conscious of their resource usage and surroundings.
