Room were basic not so great in looks. Staffs were average in their service. I had my breakfast in the restaurant it was fine in taste. It was an average stay.
I don't feel that I got what I paid for the price. The staff also could have been more helpful especially since their phone lines seemed to be not functioning properly several times.
This is a decent property. The room that we stayed in was fine. We did not have any meal here but the breakfast that we had very good options, moreover it was good to taste as well. The room service though was a bit slow but no major regrets. This is an above average property.
The stay was excellent. Staff was obedient and provide decent assistance. There was nothing wrong with the food arrangement is well. Room was well maintained and facilities were prompt. I will definitely prefer to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel twice this year. Once near Koyambedu and once near Madhavaram. In both the places Rooms was too good. Worth the stay. But i suggest people to eat out. Food is below average and also service is too slow. Even for a bottle of water we need to wait for at least 1 hour. Either in House Keeping or in The Restaurant people dont know whats happening around them. They will be least bothered about the orders. Rooms are very clean. If you prefer only to stay then The Vijay Park is one good place. But for food......????????? Will get back to you people with a better place for food.
I think the business owners started this hotel in right earnest to make it one of the best hotels at cheaper rates; not sure as to what happened after that : the regular upkeep of the property (fixing broken items) is not taken seriously. Let me explain: The regular/daily maintenance job is good : The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are neat and you get clean towels. But if something is broken or not working, better change the room; they may not attend to your complaints. I have stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms and in one room there was no TV remote and I did not get it even after talking to the front desk couple of times. Plus : Great location. Good parking area. Overall a nice hotel for the rate - I paid Rs.1500/= per night through makemytrip. Minus: Your complaint will not be attended. If something is broken, it won't be fixed. The front desk people are not so professional: it takes minimum 30 minutes to check -in and another 30 minutes to check-out. Cost cutting is evident in many areas.
I had come to Chennai along with my friend and had booked my stay here for a night , Service is very poor , staff at reception is very rude , check in procedure will take long time , despite of giving all the details , no hospitality at all , i had checked in to the room and the room was very pathetic , Housekeeping needs tremendous improvement
The hotel is located in a good place but the rooms and facilities area terrible,if you travel for business beterto stay in this place on room only and get the meals from outside,hotel is full of cockroaches,leaking taps & fused electric bulbs
You get into the Hotel and you are made to wait for 30 mins for a check-in. First impression sucks. Then they ask for a deposit of Rs 2000 for a room which is prepaid.After this long wait and a teerible handling by the Front Office Manager, your room key doesn't work and every time i need to call a housekeeping guy to open the room using his key. After a tiring journey, you try to freshen up by taking a bath and you get a shocker, there is no Soap, Towel, room is not cleaned and the washroom stinks.You call up ask the housekeeping for Towel and soap only to fins that you are not gonna get it for the next 3 hours. The bedspread was torn and no floor mat either. Breakfast was complimentary , but the spread was average. Finally you inform Front office that we are checking out and after half an hour you reach F.O. to find out that the bills are not ready and the arrogance of staff hasn't changed a bit and the new guests checking in are more agitated than we were at the time of our check in. And to top it all they make you wait for half an hour to refund the deposits of Rs 2000 forcefully taken from us. So, fellow travelers if you go to Chennai, make sure that you don't even accidentally end up staying at this Hotel
