Trident, Chennai

I had the pleasure of staying at Trident 17-19 June while on a corporate event in Chennai with my employer. It was a pleasant stay and I appreciated the room, breakfast, gym, function room , buffet and finally the bar. We even used the business centre to rehearse for or presentation. I would like to particularly highlight the friendly bar staff who made sure we had a pleasant stay. Front desk also did a good job with the check-in/check-out considering we were a big group of people 30+). Trident demonstrated that they can organise larger events. We were 30+ staying in hotel and evening function included close to 50 people.

I came for some official purpose But leaving with a familiar feeling..every one was exceptionally good Jay was very good at his service. Tanuj at reception was very good and warm. They show the real group of Oberoi Will come back soon Thank you

The property is very nice . Even if you are alone theyll never feel like that you are away from home. Bhavani was like a brother to me there. He understand what I feel like. I really wish to visit again with my family Thank you trident.

Location is very good. Being close to airport, very convenient for business/official meetings. Very nice rooms, polite staff. Mr. Bhawani was very friendly & helpful. Hope all staff are like him. Really like to stay longer.

Room 124 oct 11th 2019. I really love the warm feeling in your hotel. Very polite and professional staff. The light and furniture in the room is very well made and well care. Especially the gift is a sweet surprise. I love the table and chairs in the room. That help me feel very comfortable while working inside my room. A little noise may come from out side but not very usually. There are 2 thing you need to change to come to the top quality hotel: 1/ the electrical sockets inside the room are so unfriendly for foreigner like me. Also you dont have any socket near the bed so i can not check the email on the laptop before i sleep. 2/ the shower room is a disaster. Are You using the shower system of 199x? I can not determine wheter it will shower to my head or to my toes when i turn on the water. Also if i want to turn off the water and turn it back on, i have to adjust the heat of the water again. All the 3 stars hotel can do better than this. Only some hundread dollar, you can fix this easily with a better design system. The toilet spray wash will require your customer to use their right hand to wash. Muslim people wont like this. However, this is okay to nonreligous people like me. I will come back to you soon. I hope you will give me better thing. I will rate you five star if you can fix all these thing.
