The food was very good in taste. I stayed in executive room it was a wonderful, neat and clean. Service was up to the mark. It's quite a beautiful hotel.

The food was excellent. The location was really convenient to the city. The room was well prepared and the bathroom was clean with new towel everyday. The staff was polite and sufficient enough to handle the client. Overall it was worth a stay.

It was a very good experience except the service staff who were not well equipped. Room was fine. All the basic amenities like swimming pool Internet was available. It was an attractive property. The food was delicious especially the Indian non veg cuisine and south Indian food.

Its a great hotel. It is located near to airport. Rooms were nice and clean, swimming pool was nice as well. It has only one restaurant. Staff were friendly.

Thanks to the staff at the trident hotel for a wonderful stay, especially the servers in the restaurant and to Bala And the spa staff for wonderful service and massages! Feeling very relaxed and ready for the long flight home.

Junior suite overlooking garden and pool. Went to chill out and see the city. Had visited previously, but not picked up all the historic sites and nature reserves. Found some sites difficult to access, but well worth the trouble. Highlight of the trip was the food in the hotel where the executive chef Mr Singh is extraordinarily creative and knowledgeable. Stayed two weeks and he generated a different menu every night in the restaurant. Outstanding staff and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel is super convenient if you do not have to go into the city. The staff are excellent and the hospitality from the front desk, to inhouse dining, from the restaurant to house keeping was all perfect. The chef (Gobu Kumar) was amazing.. he would notice each time we walked into the restaurant and cook special dishes for us .. a perfect 2 day stay for us.

We were in trident for a night at Trident Chennai. The stay was comfortable. I liked the food most. It was tasty and presented variety of choices. The swimming was clean, big and deep. I also liked the view of green lawn from our room. The only concern is the hotel is totally Western and if u want to have to have a health faucet in the toilet have to place special request. But for this it is a complacent hotel.

No wonder aircrews stay at this place. Sitting by the impeccably clean pool in the garden sipping complimentary fruit juice you see and HEAR airplane taking off a bar 100m above. In the room, however, the insulation is so great you barely can hear them. We had an early flight out and so decided to stay very near to Chennai airport and use their free airport transfer - perfectly arranged for 5 a.m. Yes, as remarked by others food prices are near double from elsewhere in Tamil Nadu and you better stay away from 1 dl French Chardonnai for 20$. However the food was excellent and so all is well.
