Cute boutique hotel situated on a cliff away from the city banter. The manager Mr. Frederick went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. Amazing and jolly person. We were in the suite room, which has a cute fire place and heater to keep you warm. Mr. Pascal is the chef & a great artist, he plays flute so well, everything he cooks is so delicious & fresh. They have bonfire every night and BBQs on request. It's the perfect place to unwind after a tiring day exploring & trekking in cheerapunjee. Thankyou so much for such a warm welcome & making our stay memorable. Also the view from the rooms & resort is dreamy.

Stayed for a day and wished I could stay more. Lovely place. Hospitality was superb and was surprised to see in such remote place name it u had everything in the room. Best part was Pascal the caretaker. He made our stay very interesting and fun filled with his guitar and bonfire. Best part of our trip. Thankful to Pascal and other boys who madeStayed at M Crown for 3 days with friends. We were very happy with the hospitality and cleanliness. Staff is very good especially girls in the restaurant like Junedarine Rumnong and Sumi and wanlam who are always ready to serve u with bright smile. Even the bell boys I mean room service boy Monbhalang anytime u call there with a smile. Thank for suggesting to stay at M Crown lovely food. Thank u for advising to stay at this place

Everything about the hotel is excellent. It is located at the last point of cherrapunjee. You will have a great view of the plains of Bangladesh from the hotel. The surrounding is secluded and in the cloudy weather it's magical. The cottages are large, spacious, clean. The lawn of the hotel is well maintained. Food is excellent. The manager Fredrick is very helpfull and have answer for all your queries.

We stayed here for a holiday and the stay was awesome with a great view, good hospitality and friendly staffs. The cottage rooms were quite comfortable.The hotel has natural ambiance and you can see Bangladesh border from its periphery.

To enjoy this place, you might have to keep your expectations a little low. If you've been to most of the fancy resorts, treat this one more like a budget stay. The good part: 1. Location is good, you can actually see hills all around you. Just outside the gate, is a beautiful spot where you can sit and just enjoy the view 2. Service: Very lean staff and very hospitable, they make you feel like its your own home 3. Food: Limited variety but tastes real good, their breakfast especially is good The only area of improvement is size of the rooms and some more amenities. If you go in a big group, it wont matter much. However for a single family, you may need a nicer place outside of your room to chill.
